The Clincal Observation Of Lian Xia Yang Wei Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis With Syndrome Of Intermingled Heat And Cold

Objective:The aim of the research is to assess the clinical curative effect of Xia Lian Yang Wei Decoction in the treatment of CNAG with syndrome of intermingled heat cold.Method:Select 43 patients who are diagnosed CNAG with syndrome of intermingled heat cold,they all come from GUO YI GUAN 545 of First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine during February 2016 to January 2017.They are given Xia Lian Yang Wei Decoction,The drug is distributed and boiled uniformity by Chinese medicine herb pharmacy of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine,two bags per day,take orally 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner.Four weeks is a course of treatment,take medicine for eight weeks.To observe the change of clinical curative effect and symptom score,gastric endoscopic score,a contrast of PRO value of gastrointestinal disease before and after treatment.The results were statistically analyzedResult:Clinical treatment in 4 cases,complete treatment of 39 cases,The total effective rate of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome was 89.74%,The total effective rate of gastric endoscopic was92.31%.In the total score of TCM syndrome,post-treatment is significantly decreased than pretherapy(P<0.01).In the TCM syndrome of single integral,after treatment compared with pretherapy,the integral scores are declined,there were significant statistical difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Xia Lian Yang Wei Decoction can obviously improve Chinese medicine syndrome of CNAG with syndrome of intermingled heat cold.2.Xia Lian Yang Wei Decoction can improve endoscopic gastric inflammation.3.Xia Lian Yang Wei Decoction can improve PRO value of gastrointestinal disease.
