Objective:to observe the acusector combined with Chinese medicine therapy for clinical curative effect for the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence.Stress urinary incontinence(SUI)will not cause direct harm to patient’s life,but it will be for the patient’s physical and mental health and quality of life and other aspects caused serious influence,there are a lot of patients even ashamed and delayed treatment.So if the clinical research better in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence methods will have very important significance.Methods:in the same clinic collected 60 cases with pure female patients with stress urinary incontinence,and divided them into two groups randomly.Treatment group including 30 patients in the liao,liao liao,professor Yang and cooperate with internal and mentor CongHuiFang from"drink and pivot" and fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae,mulberry son,treatment 1 times a day,period of treatment for 30 days.Control group of 30 patients were given oral Chinese medicine and pivot drink and fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae,mulberry son treatment,daily 1 agent,treatment for 30 days.With leakage of urine,urinary incontinence symptom scores of change as observation indexes such as residual urine volume,bladder.Results:the pure application using the method of acusector combined with Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with stress urinary incontinence results comparison,the final result shows that they are able to reduce leakage of urine in patients with significant(P<0.01),and basically all some of the patients with accompanying symptoms disappear or even have varying degrees of ease(P<0.01),the number of patients with urinary incontinence attacks have also reduced(P<0.01),and simply use the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the control group obviously than electric acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the electric acupuncture therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy treatment of female stress urinary incontinence alone can achieve better curative effect,and can significantly improve the treatment effect.
