Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Yu's Scalp Acupuncture Combined With Electro AC Upuncture In The Treatment Of VCIND

Objective:Discusses Yu's scalp acupuncture united electroacupuncture and long keeping the needle to choose an area based on the function commutation theory differently to the VCIND curative effect observation comparison,being for the purpose of providing the more effective method of treatment and the clinical basis and the rationale for clinical and the scientific research.Method:We selected 144 apoplectic VCIND patients and randomly divided them into 3 groups.Group A,group B,group C,each group of 48 patients.In three groups of patients,group A selects Yu's scalp acupuncture,goes against the frontal area,the area before the top,temporal region(pair),electricity needle;group B selects Yu's scalp acupuncture,goes against the frontal area,the area before the top,temporal region(pair),long keeping the needle interrupted marking needle;group C selects Yu's scalp acupuncture,goes against the frontal area,the area before the top,temporal region(trouble side),long keeping the needle,interrupted marking needle.Group A uses the KWD-808-I pulse electronic acupuncture to scope,the use dilatational wave,each time electrifies 30min,the frontal area(+)with goes against the area before the top(-),goes against the area before the top(+)and temporal region(-);group B and C remain the needle for 8 hours,every 2 hours twist transfer the marking needle one time,each time marking needle 10 seconds each needle,rotational speed 200r/min.Frontal area six needle acupuncture,the area before the top eight acupuncture needle,on both sides of the temporal region all three needle acupuncture.Total treatment course all around,group A daily two times,group B and C daily one time,six days are a treatment course,rest one day,altogether treat 24 days.Using MoCA,the ADL meter,event and correlation electric potential P300 and Hcy evaluate the cognition function extent of damage and the curative effect.20.0 counts the software using SPSS to carry on processing and the analysis to the data.Results:1.After treating three groups of patient's MoCA meter grading to cure has the remarkable difference(p<0.01),also group A with B,C during two groups has the remarkable difference(p<0.01),during group B and group C of both are not obvious difference(p>0.05).2.After treating three groups of patient's ADL meter grading to cure has the remarkable difference(p<0.01),also group A with B,C during two groups has the remarkable difference(p<0.01),during group B and group C of both are not obvious difference(p>0.05).3.After treating three groups of patient's event correlation electric potential P300 incubation period to cure has the remarkable difference(p<0.01),also group A with B,C during two groups has the remarkable difference(p<0.01),during group B and group C are remarkable difference(p<0.01).Front the wave amplitude cures has the remarkable difference(p<0.01),also group A with B,C during two groups has the remarkable difference(p<0.01),during group B and group C are remarkable difference(p<0.01).4.After treating three groups of patient's Hcy to cure has the remarkable difference(p<0.01),also group A with B,C during two groups has the remarkable difference(p<0.01),during group B and group C of both are not obvious difference(p>0.05).Conclusion:1.Yu's scalp acupuncture may improve the cognition function damage effectively,can enhance MOCA,the ADL meter grading effectively,may improve patient's related event P300 effectively and can reduce VCIND obviously dangerous factor Hey.2.Yu's scalp acupuncture of two-side temporal region compares to two-side temporal region keeps the needle the clinical curative effect to be consistent,can improve the patient to carry out cognitive strength and the life effectively taking care of oneself ability.3.Yu's the hairpin(two-side temporal region)uniting the electro acupuncture compares to two-sided temporal region and single-sided temporal the former is better.
