Effects Of Qishen Tongluo Decoction On Exercise Tolerance And Serum SOD And MDA Levels In Patients With Stableangina Pectoris (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qishen Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type)and its effect on serum SOD and MDA levels.Methods:The 60 patients with stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into experimental group(n=30)and control group(n = 30).The treatment group was treated with Ginseng Tongluo Decoction and routine treatment.The control group was treated with conventional therapy.The observation period was 28 days,the symptoms of angina pectoris,TCM syndromes,exercise plate total time,metabolic equivalent,serum SOD level,serum MDA level and blood,urine,routine and liver and kidney function were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.01),indicating that the treatment of the two groups had significant significance for the TCM symptom score.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).It indicates that the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment can make the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine significantly reduced,and the treatment group for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of the treatment of the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant Better than the control group.2.The total effective rate of angina pectoris,the rate of nitroglycerin and the curative effect of TCM treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group had significant difference in angina pectoris,nitroglycerin The rate of cessation and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome is better than that of the control group.3.The total time and metabolic equivalent of the exercise group were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.01).The total time of the exercise group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total time and metabolic equivalent of the exercise plate test were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The total time and metabolic equivalent of the plate test,the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).4.It indicates that the treatment group and the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group and the control group(P<0.01),and the difference between the two groups was significant So that serum SOD content was significantly increased,MDA decreased significantly.Compared with the two groups,the content of SOD in the serum was increased and the content of MDA was decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference.The levels of SOD and MDA in the serum of the treatment group and the control group were significantly changed compared with those before treatment.The contents of SOD and MDA in the serum of the treatment group and the control group were changed before and after treatment.Conclusion:1.Qishen Tongluo Decoction can improve coronary heart disease stable angina(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)patients with angina pectoris efficacy,TCM syndrome,TCM syndrome and improve the rate of nitroglycerin stop.2.Qishen Tongluo Decoction can significantly improve the exercise tolerance of patients with stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)(total time and metabolic equivalent of exercise plate test).3.Qishen Tongluo Decoction can make make coronary heart disease stable angina(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type)patients with elevated SOD,MDA decreased,play its antioxidant effect,which play a role in the treatment of CHD.
