The Effect Of Guanxin Tongluo Prescription Combined With Cardiac Rehabilitation On Exercise Tolerance Of Patients With Stable Angina Pectoris

Objective:To study the effect of guanxin tongluo formula combined with cardiac rehabilitation on exercise tolerance and the curative effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms of qi-yin deficiency and heart meridian stasis syndrome in stable angina pectoris.Methods:A total of 66 patients with SAP who met the diagnostic criteria of qi-yin deficiency and heart meridian stasis syndrome were randomly divided intotreatment group and control group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received cardiac rehabilitation treatment in western medicine,and the treatment group received guanxin tongluo formula on the basis of the control group for 8 weeks.VO2 Max,AT,6-minute walking distance,Seattle angina pectoris score and TCM syndrome score were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.Baseline comparison:Among the 66 subjects enrolled for clinical observation,4of them were excluded due to violation of the protocol,falling off or not completing the clinical trial,and the final 62 cases were included in statistical analysis.The baseline of subjects' age,gender,heart rate,blood pressure,blood lipid,comorbidity,VO2 Max,AT,6MWD,SAQ score and TCM syndrome score were all consistent in the two groups(P>0.05).2.Comparison of indicators:after 8 weeks of treatment,the VO2 Max,AT and6 MWD of the two groups were all improved compared with those before,with statistically significant difference(P< 0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).The SAQ scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Moreover,the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than before,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),but the total effective rate of the two groups was similar.Conclusion:Guanxin tongluo formula combined with cardiac rehabilitation treatment for stable angina pectoris with qi-yin deficiency and heart meridian stasis syndrome can effectively improve exercise tolerance,clinical symptoms and quality of life,and is better than simple cardiac rehabilitation treatment.
