| Purpose:This clinical research in order to further explore the kidney invigorate the party of unexplained recurrent miscarriage(unexplain recurrent what abortion,URSA)regulating mechanism and clinical curative effect,selecting interleukins 13(interleukin-13,IL-13),interleukin 15(interleukin-15,IL-15)and interleukin 35(interleukin-35,IL-35)three factors.By observing the above three factors of receptor IL-13 Rα1 IL15Rα and IL-12Rβ2,gp130 in URSA patients and normal pregnancy women decidual tissue in expression,as well as clinical 60 cases of URSA taking kidney invigorate the kidney and blood stasis type patients before and after the party in the peripheral blood IL13,IL15 and IL35 content change and after curative effect analysis,to explore on the kidney invigorate the party IL-13,IL-15,IL-35 regulating mechanism,to explore the relevance of il-13,i1-15 and i1-35 with URSA,to provide theoretical basis for further study of the clinical efficacy of URSA.Methods:From January 2016 to March 2017,the patients in the gynecology department of the affiliated hospital of heilongjiang niversity of traditional Chinese medicine and gynecology department of the hospital.Select 6 to 8 weeks of pregnancy in 15 patients with nexplained recurrent miscarriage pregnancy failure of decidual tissue as the team(URSA group),select 6 to 8 weeks of pregnancy line 15 cases of normal pregnancy,abortion women decidual tissue as control group.60 patients with URSA medication before collecting peripheral blood,30 cases were divided into taking kidney invigorate the party + flexor progesterone experimental group,and 30 patients taking flexor progesterone in the control group,were gathering around the preparation before and after the two groups in the peripheral blood.An rt-pcr method was used to measure the differences in the expression of i1-13 receptors,i1-15 receptors and i1-35 receptors in the decidual tissue of 15 normal early pregnant women.The contents of i1-13,i1-15 and i1-35 were measured by ELISA method.Results:(1)In patients with URSA decidual tissue in the expression of IL-13Rβ1 and gp130 significantly lower than normal people,and the expression of IL-15Rα and IL-12Rβ2 is significantly higher than normal people group,comparing the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)The content of i1-13 in the peripheral blood of the URSA group was significantly higher than before the drug.I1-13 was significantly higher in the peripheral blood of the control group than before the drug.There was a statistical difference(P<0.01)in the case of i1-13 after the URSA experimental group was treated with a higher blood content than the control group.(3)The content of i1-15 in the peripheral blood of the URSA group was significantly lower than that of the drug.11-15 was significantly lower in the peripheral blood of the control group than before.There was a statistical difference(P<0.01)after the URSA experimental group was given a lower blood content than the control group.(4)The contents of il-35 in the peripheral blood of the URSA group were significantly higher than before the drug.I1-35 was significantly higher in the peripheral blood of the control group than before the drug.In the URSA experimental group,there was a statistical difference(P<0.01).(5)Kidney invigorate the party + to bend progesterone experimental group after treatment in the peripheral blood of progesterone,estradiol,and blood beta HCG levels were significantly higher than those before treatment,comparing the two groups has significant statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)The URSA decidual tissues in patients with reduced IL-13Rα1 and gp130 expression,and IL-15Rα and IL-12Rβ2 expression increased,showed that IL-13,IL-15,IL-35 cytokines in patients with URSA and play a role in normal pregnancy patient decidual tissues are different,the prompt IL-13,IL-15,IL-35 may participate in the process of URSA.(2)Kidney invigorate the party by raising the IL-13 in URSA group factor levels in peripheral blood,and lower IL-15 in URSA group factor levels in peripheral blood in order to improve the clinical curative effect of patients with unexplained recurrent miscarriage.(3)The active blood donor can significantly improve the content of progesterone,estradiol and beta-hcg in the peripheral blood of URSA patients to maintain pregnancy. |
