The Clinical Research Of Dingji Decoction On Elderly Coronary Heart Disease Ventricular Premature Beats(Qi And Yin Deficiency Type)

Objective:To observe the Dingji Decoction treatment of senile coronary heart disease of ventricular premature beat(qi and Yin deficiency type)in patients with premature beat frequency,normal ECG results,blood fat,hemorheology and TCM syndrome integral safety of the clinical curative effect and clinical application.Then to analyse whether using Dingji Decoction can be an effective Chinese medicine treatment program to improve myocardial ischemia,control of clinical symptoms,reduce the frequency of premature beats to significantly improve the quality of life of patients.Methods:According to the random number table method,72 patients who conform with the diagnostic criteria of elderly coronary heart disease ventricular premature beats(Qi and Yin Deficiency type)in Chinese and Western medicine were randomly divided into control group and treatment group(36 cases).The age,gender,condition course and the distribution of single syndrome of TCM such as basic conditions of the two groups there were no significant difference(P > 0.05).said the difference was not significant,comparable.Six cases were removed from the observation procedure,66 cases were observed,34 cases in the control group and 32 cases in the treatment group.The control group was giving conventional western medicine treatment and caring,also the treatment group adopt the same conventional western medicine,daily adding Dingji Decoction 300 ml,100ml each time,3 times a day.The patients were followed with this treatment for 4 weeks.Before and after the treatment,recording the efficacy and safety observation indexes,finally,the results of the two groups will be analyzed with statistically method.Results:1.The effective rate of TCM syndromes was 93.75% in the treatment group and 79.41% in the control group,the improvement of treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05);and both two groups can significantly improve single syndrome of TCM after treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01);two groups after treatment in the heart palpitations,chest tightness(pain),shortness of breath improvements were no significant difference(P>0.05);hectic fever and sweat more of treatment group were better than that of control group(P<0.05);insomnia,tiredness,thirsty and irritability of treatment group were obviously better than that of control group(P<0.01).2.Compare the total score of TCM syndrome after treatment,two groups of treatment can significantly reduce the total score of TCM syndrome(P<0.01),the treatment group in reducing the total score of TCM syndrome was significantly better than control group(P<0.01).3.The effective rate of normal ECG results was 50.00% in the treatment group and 20.59% in the control group,the improvement of treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05).4.The effective rate of ventricular premature beats was 93.75% in the treatment group and 82.35% in the control group,the improvement of treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05).5.The blood lipid of two groups after treatment was improved significantly(P<0.01);the treatment group in reducing of TG,LDL-C was better than control group(P<0.05),the treatment group in both reducing TC and increasing HDL-C was obviously better than control group(P<0.01).6.The hemorheology index of two groups after treatment were improved significantly(P<0.01),and the treatment group in reducing all items of hemorheology indexes were significantly better than control group(P<0.01).7.The safety indexes of two groups have no obviously abnormity before and after treatment.Conclusion:The Dingji Decoction is very safe and effiective in the clinical treatment for elderly coronary heart disease ventricular premature beats(Qi and Yin Deficiency type),it can significantly improve the TCM syndrome and ECG performance,reduce the frequency of ventricular premature beats,while both improve myocardial ischemia,adjusting blood lipid,reducing blood viscosity,and so on.This research confirms the clinical efficacy and high clinical application value of Dingji Decoction in improving the patient's overall life quality.
