OBJECTIVE:To study the relationship between the "worry" "fear" and the growth rate of HCG and the outcome of pregnancy in the embryo damaged women with early pregnancy,and to explore the possible risk factors of embryo growth and development from the perspective of emotion;evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with psychological therapy on pregnancy outcome.Methods:From March 2016 to December 2016 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine gynecological outpatient service with embryonic cessation history and pregnancy again,and these patients were anxiety assessment survey,collected in line with the inclusion criteria Of patients with 60 cases.Treatment group of 30 cases,the use of traditional Chinese medicine combined with psychological treatment;the control group of 30 cases,the use of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.The changes of HCG growth rate,anxiety status and the outcome of pregnancy were observed before and after intervention.result:1.embryo damaged and anxiety pregnant women in early pregnancy HCG growth rate was significantly lower than normal;2.The SAS scores of the two groups were improved after intervention,the difference was statistically significant;3.The SAS score of the patients after the intervention was negatively correlated with HCG growth rate and pregnancy outcome;4.The decrease of SAS score and the growth rate of HCG in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant;5.The outcome of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group after intervention,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Emotions can affect the growth of HCG in the early stage of pregnancy;2.Emotional "worry" "fear" may be one of the risk of embryo damaged women pregnancy outcome factors;3.Chinese medicine Adjust emotions to tocolystis drink combination of psychological therapy can significantly improve the patient’s anxiety and improve the success rate of pregnancy.
