Therapeutic Observation On Insomnia After Stroke Treated By "Tong Du Bu Shen" Acupuncture Therapy

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tong Du Bu Shen acupuncture therapy in the treatment of insomnia after stroke.Methods:60 patients met the study inclusion criteria of post-stroke insomnia patients were randomly divided into therapy group and control group,30 cases in each group,two groups were given support for primary disease of Western medicine treatment.Therapy group was treated with Tong Du Bu Shen acupuncture treatment,point selection:baihui,shenting,shuigou,bilateral shenmen,bilateral shenshu,bilateral sanyinjiao,taixi,neiguan,needle insertion and obtaining qi,munipulate by lifting and thrusting twisting method.The control group was given routine acupuncture treatment,selection acupoint of bilateral zhaohai,bilateral shenmai,bilateral anmian,sishencong,bilateral shenmen,bilateral sany inj iao,bilateral neiguan,needle insertion and obtaining qi,munipulate by lifting and thrusting twisting method,the needle for 50 min/time,once a day,continuous treatment for 4 weeks,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scale to evaluate its efficacy.Results:1.In the PSQI assessment,two groups of patients before and after treatment of PSQI scores in the scores there are significant differences between the two groups,indicating that the quality of sleep were significantly improved,compared two groups of patients with PSQI score difference between the groups,with two independent samples t-test,P<0.05,there was significant difference,PSQI score in treatment group decreased greater than the control group.2.In the aspect of clinical curative effect,the treatment group of 30 cases,7 cases were cured,15 cases markedly effective,5 cases less effective,3 cases were invalid,the effective rate was 73.3%;the control group of 30 cases,5 cases were cured,8 cases markedly effective,12 cases effective,5 cases were invalid,the effective rate was 43.3%.Statistically,the difference was significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group occupy many advantages than the control group.Conclusion:1.The treatment of insomnia after stroke can be improved by the method of Tong Du Bu Shen acupuncture therapy.2.Treatment of insomnia after stroke by Tong Du Bu Shen acupuncture therapy is better than routine acupuncture therapy,worthy of clinical application.
