The Autoantibody Positive Th17 RM Patients Peripheral Blood Cells Of Distribution And The Regulation Of Trditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)

Objective:To study the Th17 cells in recurrent miscarriage(recurrent miscarriage,RM)occurred in the process of action and clinical prescriptions for its potential regulation,reveal the immunity mechanism of RM.For traditional Chinese medicine treatment of patients with positive autoantibodies RM provide new targets and theoretical basis.Provide effective treatment of autoimmune RM TCM products.And to validate the clinical curative effect.Methods:Using contrast method before and after the treatment itself,collect all the cases since August 2015-08,2016,in the first affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of TCM gynecology clinic of 30 cases of qualified filter into their own antibody positive patients with RM.Included in the patient’s own four antibody(anti cardiolipin antibodies,antisperm antibody,ovarian and endometrial antibody)in at least one positive group of 30 patients were set to disease,return conforms to the standard in patients with peripheral blood,detection of Th17 cells proportion,application of Xiaokangling No.1 treatment,30 days after treatment,such as antibodies overcast,again to return in patients with venous blood test Th17 cell proportion,since then no longer continue to blood;If the antibody does not turn,turn interval of 15 days in pursuance to the antibody.If you do not turn,antibody of 90 days for treatment is invalid.See contrast disease group before and after treatment of Chinese medicine symptom integral,etc.,to determine the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine for TCM syndrome.Healthy volunteers for our 30 age matched normal women as control.Using enzyme immunoassay detection antibody,using flow cytometry to detect Th17 cells.Results:1.Disease groups before treatment,venous blood CD4 + Th17 related cells in IL-17 a + cell ratio expression level is higher than the healthy group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.2.The disease group itself compared before and after treatment,CD4 + IL-17 a + cell ratio expression level decreased obviously(P<0.05),significant differences and statistical significance.3.The disease group after treatment compared with healthy group,Th17 related cells in peripheral venous blood CD4 + IL-17 expression level a ＋cell ratio has no obvious difference(P>0.05).4.The disease group before and after treatment Th17 related cells CD4 ＋IL-a + 17 percentage reduction and sterility four overcast conditions exist obvious positive correlation(r=0.863,P<0.01).5.After regular medication,diseases groups before treatment of the clinical signs and symptoms associated with improved obviously after treatment,Chinese medicine symptom score decreased obviously.Conclusion:The study found that the immunity recurrent miscarriage(RM)Th17 cells in peripheral blood of patients with relevant subgroup ratio is significantly higher than healthy group,shows that Th17 cells in patients with positive autoantibodies RM has potential regulatory role.Chinese traditional medicine to Xiaokangling No.1 to treat autoimmune type recurrent miscarriage Th17 cells in peripheral blood in patients with decline have obvious effect has been improved,and the clinical signs and symptoms associated with is Hyman treatment effective prescription of fetal kidney deficiency type.
