Integrative Medicine Immunity During Early Pregnancy Recurrent Abortion Retrospective Analysis

Objective:A recurrence of abortion,the immunity achieved is so common diseases.currently women's studies indicate that pregnancy hormone and organization of each other, jointly regulate the end of the pregnancy, has been more and more medical personnel concerned.To investigate the immunological recurrent spontaneous abortion HCG changes,more western "HCG" and Chinese "Shoutai Pill" on the immunological effects of treatment for recurrent miscarriage.Methods:Select 20063 months-in January 2010 Obstetrics and Gynecology in our hospital during the hospitalization of 30 patients with immunity in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion cases,and 20 to hospital as a medical examination of the normal pregnancy controls,15 cases of recurrent abortion case is "velvet needle+life promoting fetal Pill" treatment,as the treatment group;another 15 for the pure Chinese medicine "Shoutai Pill" treatment for the control group.Course of treatment is 20 days.Results:1.Immunological recurrent spontaneous abortion of early pregnancy in patients with HCG levels lower than normal levels of HCG pregnancy(p <0.04).2.Treatment and control groups after treatment can improve symptoms and reduce the score.3.HCG treatment group during the treatment with the control group HCG values were increased in the treatment group HCG value higher than that of the HCG level (p<0.01).4.30 cases of patients after treatment B results suggest that B-ultrasound examination and treatment of patients with disease,gestational sac and embryonic development basically.Conclusion:1.Immunological cause of recurrent miscarriage HCG decreases. 2.Integrative Medicine can effectively raise immunity in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion HCG, its better than the pure traditional Chinese medicine.HCG and the higher the abortion the more obvious symptoms,the higher the success rate of Fetus.3."Shoutai pill"group and the "velvet needle+Shoutai pill promoting" group,patients can reduce the abortion symptom score,in improving symptoms and signs,the combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment group than alone.4.Small doses of "velvet needle to promote" non-toxic side effects of treatment of threatened abortion.
