Objective:In a variety of malignant tumors, the degree of malignancy of lung cancer is the highest,so it is particularly important to diagnose and treat early.By means of the analysis of solitary pulmonary nodules,so that we can improve the diagnosis and treatment of early stage of lung cancer. Methods:By researching the patients who were in thoracic surgery of the Second Hospital of Jilin University during the period from January 2015 to December 2016 and whose imaging features were solitary pulmonary nodules,to calculate the detection rate of malignant nodules based on the lobulation sign, the spiculation sign and the vascular convergence sign. Before operation, the focus of the patients had been scanned thinly and reconstructed with three-dimensional CT.In addition,we analysed the relationship between the nature of the solitary pulmonary nodules and gender, age of the patients and density, size, lobulation sign, the spiculation sign and vascular convergence sign of the nodules.SPSS 19 software was used for statistical processing and(34)2 test was used for analysis of data. The difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).According to the different between them,we distinguished the pathological character of them. Results:A total of 78 patients were included in the study.Among 78 patients,22 of them were male and 56 were female, aged 28 to 81 years old,the average age was(56.34 + 8.63)years old. There were 32 cases elderlypatients(over 65 years).78 patients all underwent surgical treatment of VATS.There were 62 cases of malignant nodules and 16 cases of benign nodules, malignant rate was 79.49%(62/78).Based on the vascularnotch sign, malignant nodules detection rate reached 66.67%(52/78).With lobulation sign and the spiculation sign as the basis, the detection rate of malignant nodules was 71.79%(56/78).The difference between the nature of the solitary pulmonary nodules and gender, age of the patients and density, size, lobulation sign, the spiculation sign and vascular convergence sign of the nodules was statistically significant(p< 0.05).Conclusion:1.For solitary pulmonary nodules' lobulation sign, the spiculation sign and vascular convergence sign, the thin section of the lesions and the three-dimensional CT reconstruction can make them be more visual and intuitive. Thus we can improve the detection rate of malignant nodules;2,Gender,age of the patients and density, size, lobulation sign, the spiculation sign and vascular convergence sign of nodules can make us to distinguish the pathological character of nodules effectively.
