Clinical Effecs Of Xiang Tian Ma Decoction In Hypertension And Impaired Glucose Tolerance Of Hypertension And Impaired Glucose Tolerance

Objective: To intestigate the clinical effectiveness of xiang tian ma decoction in Hypertension and impaired glucose tolerance of yin deficiency and yang-excess type,To observe the effect of blood pressure and blood glucose control and to achieve the purpose of disease prevention.All of the patients were applied with life education of diabetes mellitus.Methods:All patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group.Then,control group were given Valsartan to control blood pressure,those who are not satisfied with blood pressure control can be added amlodipine tablets.On the basis of the control group,treatment group were Oral traditional Chinese medicine decoction "xiang tian ma decoction ".Average daily blood pressure,P2 h PC and blood glucose turnover of 2 groups of patients before and after treatment.Result: The average systolic blood pressure and postprandial 2H blood glucose levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,both of the difference was statistically significant.Blood glucose turnover: The normal blood glucose rate of treatment group(67%)were higher than that of the control group(33%),Progression to type 2 diabetes mellitus(6%),which was lower than that of the control group(16%),the difference was statistically significant.conclusions: IT is effective to Stable systolic pressure and it could be prevence the process from IGT todiabetes mellitus and it shoud be widely used in clinical practice.
