Objective: To understand the Xinjiang oilfield workers occupation tension, sleep disorders and psychological disorders, explore the occupation tension, sleep disorders associated with mental disorders,to explore the biological clock gene polymorphism in the occupation tension lead to mental disorders in rats. Methods: the Petroleum Management Bureau of Xinjiang 2015-2016 oil field workers as the research area the object of investigation, occupation tension, sleep disorders and psychological status;from15% as sleep related hormone levels and susceptibility gene screening test object, according to the(gender, ethnic, age matched),positive group and negative selection of sleep disorders sleep disorder group 15 4,detection of gene polymorphism and cortisol level, glucocorticoid hormone, melatonin, investigate the biological clock gene polymorphism in the influencing factors of occupation tension function and mental disorder in mental disorders. Results: 1)in this survey,2300 questionnaires,recycling2116 valid questionnaires, the questionnaire recovery rate of 92%;2)occupation tension compared with the domestic norm,Xinjiang oilfield workers in the occupation task questionnaire, role overload, role insufficiency, role ambiguity, task conflict, sense of responsibility, work environment, personal strain questionnaire, business tension reaction, psychological stress, interpersonal stress The reaction, physical strain, personal resources questionnaire, leisure, health, social support, rational coping had significant differences(P< 0.05),and in addition to the task too heavy, personal resources questionnaire, self care, social support, the rational coping scores were higher than the national norm, the male occupation task scores female smokers scored higher than non-smokers(P < 0.05),married oil workers personal stress score higher than the unmarried oil workers(P < 0.05);different age, types of statistical significance in the individual coping resources score difference(P < 0.05),By LSD test, aged 30~45 years and > 45 years old scores had statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),and 45 years of age, higher scores, there were significant differences in oil industry and industrial stoker thermal injection score(P< 0.05),thermal engineering stoker scored higher than the oil industry, the rest were notstatistically different, not the same gender, type of work, there was statistical significance between smoking and occupation tension difference(P < 0.05);3)sleep disorder of PSQI score(6.44 + 3.90),the incidence of sleep disorders was 36.67%,male 357 people sleep disorder, the incidence rate was 35%,Women sleep disorders 419,the incidence rate of38.23%,different shifts, the title of the oil workers the incidence of sleep disorder had significant difference(P < 0.05),different occupation stress levels in the PSQI total score, subjective sleep quality, sleep disorders, daytime dysfunction,4 because there were significant differences on(P < 0.01).The LSD test showed that high and moderate occupation tension group the 4 scores were higher than the low occupation stress group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);4)the total score of mental health disorders in Psychology(166.56 + 45.68),heart Physical barriers were positive for1136 people, the incidence of 53.69%.in male mental disorders rate was 49.41%,female prevalence rate of mental disorder was 57.66%,gender,age,occupation,marital status, professional title, whether the difference between smoking in the psychological barriers of positive and negative groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The risk of stress response of the individual high scores of occurrence of mental disorder is 1.035 times lower score(95%CI=1.005-1.066),high risk level occupation stress psychological disorders was 2.127 times lower score(95%CI=1.156-3.912),poor sleep quality and risk of occurrence of mental disorder is 1.684 times of good quality sleepers(95%CI=1.091-2.598),the level of occupation stress, sleep status and mental health of three is mutually related;5)the relationship between sleep disorder group of glucocorticoid hormone levels associated with sleep disorders is lower than that of negative group and have significant difference(P < 0.05),negatively related to the level of glucocorticoid and sleep disorders(P<0.05);6)the biological clock gene CLOCK polymorphism of rs1801260 gene,rs6850 524 sites were statistically difference distribution of Per3 genotypes and alleles in the sleep disorder group and sleep disorders in negative control group(P < 0.05),adjust the stress response of the individual level, occupation stress, mental disorders,CLOCK rs1801260 gene carrying TC genotype makes the incidence of sleep disorder risk reduction(OR=0.412,95%CI=0.245-0.695)CLOCK,rs6850524 gene carrying GC and CC genotype makes the incidence of sleep disorder risk reduction(OR1=0.357,95% CI1=0.245-0.695;OR2=0.317,95%CI2=0.128-0.785 CLOCK),rs6850524 gene,Per3 gene distribution differences were statistically different genotypes and alleles in different mental health status among(P < 0.05);7)psychological disorders logistic regression analysis on Influencing Factors of total score of PSQI,cortisol,glucocorticoid,rs1801260,positive rs2304672 and Mental Disorders Association(B1=0.388,OR1=1.474;B2 =0.022,OR2=1.022;B3=0.016,OR3=1.016;B4=0.949,OR4=2.584;B5=3.729,OR5=40.651),sleep quality, sleep time, personal resources,rs6850524 and mental disorders were negatively associated(B1=-0.648,OR1=0.523;B2=-0.718,OR2=0.488;B3=-0.021,OR3= 0.980;B4=-0.870,OR4=0.419).Conclusion:occupation.A high level of quality and poor sleep are risk factors of mental disorders;glucocorticoid can be used as predictors of sleep disorders;carrying CLOCK rs6850524 gene GC and CC genotype was the protective factor of occupation tension lead to mental disorders.
