The Intervention Study On The Effect Of Zhilong Hongxue Tongyu Capsule On Coronary Atherosclerotic Plaque

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Zhilong Hongxue Tongyu Capsule on the patients with mild to moderate coronary artery stenosis and its effecton plaque stability.Methods:(1)40 Qualified subjects were selected from the inpatients and outpatients of the The affiliated TCM hospital of Southwest Medical University from January to September 2016.(2)The 40 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=20)and control group(n=20),two groups were given the basic treatment.Besides,the treatment group was given Zhilong Hongxue Tongyu capsule 1.2 three times a day for three months.By calculating TCM symptom score,detecting blood high-sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP),5 lipoxygenase(5-L O),lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2),and plaque CT value to observe the change of the two groups of patients with clinical curative effect and the stability of plaque.(3)Statistical software SPSS 20.0 is used for description and analysis of the data.Results:(1)Basic comparison of the treatment group and control group : age,gender,hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia,hyperhomocysteinemia,personal life history(smoking,drinking,women with menopause)had no significant difference(P > 0.05).(2)Comparison of the indexes of the treatment group and control group before treatment : The difference between two groups in hs-CRP,5-L0,LP-PLA2,vascular lesions(number of vascular lesions,degree of vascular stenosis),TCM symptom score,plaque CT values had no statistical significance(P > 0.05).(3)Comparison of the indexes of the treatment group and control group after treatment : After treatment the hs-CRP,5-L0,LP-PLA2,TCM symptom score,plaque CT values of the treatment group were lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);The lesions of vascular stenosis of two groups had no significant difference(P > 0.05).(4)Compared with the indexes before and after treatment in treatment group and control group : After treatment,the hs-CRP,5-L0,LP-PLA2,TCM symptom score of two groups were lower than before treatment,the plaque CT values of two groups were higher than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.001).The degree of vascular stenosis of t wo groups before and after treatment has no significant changes,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).(5)Comparison of curative effect difference between treatment group and control group: the difference in hs-CRP,5-L0,LP-PLA2,TCM symptom score,plaque CT value of experimental group before and after treatment group were huger than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Compared with before treatmentt,the hs-CRP,5-L0,LP-PLA2,TCM symptom score,plaque CT value of two groups were both changed after treatment,the hs-CRP,5-L0,LP-PLA2,TCM symptom score,plaque CT value of experimental group had a greater efficacy difference,showing that patients who taking Zhilong Hong xue Tong yu capsule had more significant effect and increased the stability of the plaque.
