Curative Effect And Safety Evaluation Of The Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Diagnosis And Treatment For Hepatitis Cirrhosis (Accumulation, Tympanites)

Objectives: To evaluate the curative effect and security of the traditional Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis and treatment for hepatitis cirrhosis(accumulation,tympanites),in order to provide experimental basis for promoting the traditional Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis and treatment regimen for hepatitis cirrhosis,which is created by our famous TCM doctor of our hospital.Methods: First of all,90 patients with hepatitis cirrhosis,who came from southwest medical university affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,were randomly divided into two groups.The cases of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment solutions group(experimental group)and standard control group(control group)were both 45.The cases were divided into three syndrome types,which were damp and hot accumulate knot,stop the water wet,spleen deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,liver and kidney Yin deficiency and blood stasis.The experimental group were treated with conventional western medicine foundation treatment launched the traditional Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis and treatment regimenwith hepatitis cirrhosis(accumulation,tympanites).Suitable for antiviral received antiviral treatment.The damp and hot accumulate knot,wet stop syndrome in patients with oral flavored Chen Siling soup,spleen deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in patients with oral yiqi huoxue soup,liver and kidney Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in patients with oral Yin yiqi huoxue soup water.The control group were treated with conventional western medicine foundation treatment combined with compound soft liver slices of turtle shell.Suitable for antiviral received antiviral treatment.Adherenced to treat for 3 months.Observed and detected the three major routine,liver function,renal function,AFP,second liver two half-and-half,anti-HCV,abdominal ultrasound,transient elastography(FibroScan),HBV-DNA,HCV-RNA,clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome integral of two groups of patients before and after treatment,and finally compared between the two groups before and after treatment and curative effect of differences.Results:Firstly,the experimental group and the control group in the baseline data was no significant difference(P>0.05).They were comparable.Secondly,before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in the ALT AST TBIL and AFP of the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in ALT AST TBIL AFP change of the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,ALB significantly increased(P<0.05),compared with thecontrol group(P<0.05).Thirdly,after treatment,Child-pugh score and liver elasticity of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),compared with the control group,the experimental group differences were more significant(P<0.05).Fourthly,patients abdominal water points dropped significantly after treatment(P<0.05),compared with the control group,the experimental group differences were more significant(P<0.05).In the two groups before and after the treatment of portal vein diameter,thickness of spleen,no significant difference(P>0.05),the two groups before and after the treatment of portal vein diameter,spleen thickness change was no significant difference(P>0.05).Fifthly,the main symptom scores after treatment in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).In the four symptoms of big belly full,rou GUI support acute and languid,poor appetite,the experimental group improved than the control group significantly(P<0.05).The two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome integral decreased significantly(P<0.05),the experimental group decreased degree than the control group significantly(P<0.05).Overall curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine to compare the two groups,the effective rate of the experimental groups was 83.3%,the control effectiveness was 60%,the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Sixthly,safety indexes of two groups before and after treatment had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions: Firstly,the hepatitis cirrhosis of the liver(accumulation,tympanites)of traditional Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis and treatment plan to treat hepatitis,liver cirrhosis patients with total curative effect is superior to the standard of comparison group.Secondly,the hepatitis cirrhosis of the liver(accumulation,tympanites)of traditional Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis and treatment plan can effectively improve the hepatitis cirrhosis patients with symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine,especially in the big belly full,rou GUI support improvements in acute and languid,poor appetite is superior to the standard of comparison group.Thirdly,the hepatitis cirrhosis of the liver(accumulation,tympanites)of traditional Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis and treatment plan can effectively reduce the liver elasticity and water of hepatitis cirrhosis.Fourthly,the hepatitis cirrhosis of the liver(accumulation,tympanites)of traditional Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis and treatment plan to treat hepatitis,liver cirrhosis patient is safety.
