With the rapid development of life science and computer science,life science and computer science combined into a new discipline,bioinformatics.Bioinformatics analysis and explain biology secret by studying the biological information acquisition,processing,storage and transmission,etc..However,to study the information in the biological system from the perspective of system,the research on the interaction relationship of all components of biological information system(genes,mRNA,protein,etc.)and mechanism become a necessary process.The interaction of gene and gene or causal relationship of genetic,developmental biology,evolution and disease in the process can be summarized as gene regulation,it is an important subject of bioinformatics research.Through the study of gene regulation network can help us understand the gene development and gene regulation process causal relationship,can help us further biological function,behavior research play a decisive role.In this study,we found that the study of gene and non-diseased gene regulation network can help us to find the gene and gene expression level closely related to the disease,so as to find the cause of the disease from the genetic level,and then try to analyze the result to treat the gene through drugs or physical treatment,to achieve the effect of treatment of disease.However,the idea of constructing a regulatory network only through gene expression data at this stage does not have a strong biological significance.Therefore,this paper studies the inclusion of RNA-Seq data,miRNA data and reasonable biological information in the process of building information based on mutual information,Through the rational use of a wide range of data to make the construction of the network has a stronger biological significance;at the same time in the process of disease genetic differences in screening not only the use of simple genetic differences in screening algorithm for differential screening,through the use of the introduction Bootstrap self-help method for multiple gene selection screening.Finally,this idea applied to the thyroid tumor data,to explore more meaningful and more accurate information,to predict,treatment of thyroid disease to provide a scientific basis for the proposal.The research process is as follows:(1)Data acquisition.RNA-Seq data and miRNA data of thyroid tumors were obtained from TCGA platform and pretreated.(2)The RNA-Seq data were screened by normal and diseased genes,and the target genes of miRNAs were found.(3)The above data were constructed by constructing the BC3 NET gene control network based on mutual information,and the modules were divided into modules.(4)To identify and analyze the subnet module,and draw the conclusion that it is constructive to predict and treat thyroid disease.(5)Summarize the above research process to form a feasible from the construction of gene regulatory network to predict and treat the disease method or ideas.In the future work,we can also by adding methylation data,Gene Card data on the data we make the gene control network is more research value.By adding more biological information,can be targeted to the disease from the molecular level of constructive prevention and treatment of the recommendations and basis.
