score.(2)T cells and NK cells: compared between groups before treatment,two groups of patients in T cells,Ts,Th cells,CD4 + / CD8 + and NK cells in five aspects were no statistical difference(P>0.05),that were no statistical difference of two groups of patients before treatment,comparable.Moxibustion treatment group in improving patients' T lymphocytes(P=0.003,P<0.003),Th cells(P= 0.016,P<0.05),NK cells(P=0.003,P<0.05)in three aspects of difference statistically.Contrast the treatment group in improving patients' T lymphocytes(P=0.001,P<0.001),Th cells(P=0.014,P<0.05)two aspects has curative effect.Comparison between treatment group:moxibustion treatment and controls all have the effect that the number of NK cells,but moxibustion treatment curative effect is better than that of controls(P=0.001,P< 0.05),with statistical differences.Shows that moxibustion therapy is raising,number of Th cells,NK cells,T lymphocytes,the effect of controlled treatments is raising,number of Th cells,T lymphocytes moxibustion therapy in patients with increased number of NK cells in treatment than control has the advantage,but in the improvement =0.001,P<0.05),the role function has improved;Compared between groups after treatment,moxibustion treatment group in improving the role function than control treatment no statistical difference(P= 0.809,P > 0.809).Emotional function: moxibustion treatment group(P=0.001,P<0.001),and contrast the treatment group(P=0.008,P<0.05)on mood function has improved;Compared between groups after treatment,moxibustion treatment group in improving mood function in treatment group than control no statistical difference(P= 0.690,P >0.690).Cognitive function: moxibustion treatment group(P=0.326,P > 0.326),and contrast the treatment group(P=0.281,P> 0.281)of cognitive function has no effect;Compared between groups after treatment,moxibustion treatment group to improve cognitive function in treatment group than control no statistical difference(P= 0.839,P>0.839).Social function: moxibustion treatment group(P=0.118,P>0.118),and contrast the treatment group(P=0.839,P>0.839)on social functions without improvement;Compared between groups after treatment,moxibustion treatment group than control group in terms of social function no statistical difference(P= 0.517,P> 0.517).Shows that moxibustion treatment group of physical function,role function,emotional function.Contrast the treatment group also on physical function,role function,emotional function is improved,but the moxibustion treatment group in improving physical function in treatment group than control have an advantage.Moxibustion treatment group and control group on cognitive function,social function two nausea and vomiting,the effect of moxibustion therapy can relieve nausea and vomiting(P= 0.043,P<0.05),and contrast treatment no statistical difference(P=0.326,P>0.326);Comparison between groups after treatment,moxibustion treatment compared with the role of improve the symptoms of nausea and vomiting(P= 0.038,P< 0.05).Pain symptoms,moxibustion therapy(P= 0.083,P > 0.083)and the control treatment(P=0.184,P>0.184)than before treatment are to relieve pain no statistical difference,;Comparison between groups after treatment,moxibustion therapy for treatment to relieve pain control and breathing difficulties,;Comparison between groups after treatment,moxibustion and control to improve the treatment difficulty breathing no statistical difference(P= 0.592,P>0.592).Insomnia,moxibustion therapy(P=0.083,P>0.083)and the control treatment(P= 0.184,P>0.184)before treatment were no statistical differences of insomnia,;Comparison between groups after treatment,moxibustion and control to improve the treatment of insomnia no statistical difference(P = 0.142,P > 0.142).Decreased appetite symptoms,moxibustion treatment can improve the effect of decreased appetite(P=0.00,P<0.05),while controlled treatment no statistical difference(P=0.083,P>0.083);Comparison between groups after treatment,moxibustion treatment to improve the symptoms of decreased appetite than control have an advantage(P =0.041,P<0.05).Diarrhea,moxibustion treatment can improve the effect of diarrhea(P= 0.00,P< 0.05),and contrast treatment no statistical difference(P=0.083,P>0.083);Comparison between groups after treatment,moxibustion treatment to improve the symptoms of diarrhea treatment have advantages than control(P= 0.027,P< 0.05).Constipation,moxibustion therapy(P = 0.536,P > 0.536)and the control treatment(P =0.783,P>0.783)before treatment were no statistical differences in improving constipation,;Comparison between groups after treatment,moxibustion and control to improve the treatment of constipation no statistical difference(P=0.613,P> 0.613).Economic difficulties,the moxibustion therapy(P=0.264,P>0.264)and the control treatment(P=0.573,P>0.573)before treatment were no statistical differences in improving economic difficulties,;Comparison between groups after treatment,moxibustion treatment and control to improve the economic difficulties no statistical difference(P = 0.699,P > 0.699).Shows that moxibustion therapy can improve fatigue,nausea,vomiting,loss of appetite,diarrhea.Improve fatigue effects of contrast treatment,moxibustion therapy in improving the fatigue,nausea and vomiting,loss of appetite,diarrhea treatment have advantages than control.Conclusion:(1)the role of moxibustion therapy of patients with improve KPS score.(2)moxibustion therapy is raising,number of Th cells,NK cells,T lymphocytes,rise in the number of NK cells in patients with treatment than control have an advantage,have enhanced the immune effects.(3)Moxibustion therapy on physical function,role function,emotional function,general health,fatigue,nausea,vomiting,loss of appetite,diarrhea have improvement effect,and in improving physical function,the general health,fatigue,nausea,vomiting,loss of appetite,diarrhea in treatment than control have an advantage,improve the life quality of patients. |
