Clinical Research On Gui Shen Wan Combined Acupuncture For Male Infertility

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Guishenwan combined with acupuncture on the overall curative effect,seminal plasma ACP value,seminal plasma SPIM value and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in male immunized infertility patients.MethodsFrom January 2015 to December 2016 in Guangzhou Medical University First Affiliated Hospital of martyrs outpatient male immunization infertility patients were randomly divided into Guishenwan combined acupuncture group,Guishenwan group,Western medicine group,Each group of 30 cases.Guishenwan group was treated with Guishen Pillang plus orally orally,Guishenwan combined with acupuncture group on the basis of oral Guishenwan combined acupuncture Western medicine group of oral prednisone The The overall clinical efficacy was assessed after treatment and plasma ACP values,SPIM values and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets were measured before and after treatment.Results1.There were significant differences between the three groups(P<0.05).GuiShenwan combined with acupuncture group and Guishenwan group was significantly better than Western medicine group(P<0.05).2.The ACP values of the three groups were increased after treatment,which was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).The difference between the three groups was statistically significant after treatment(P<0.05).3.The SPIM values of the three groups were increased after treatment,which was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).after treatment,GuiShenwan combined with acupuncture group and Guishenwan group was significantly better than Western medicine group(P<0.05).4.The peripheral blood T lymphocyte of the three groups were increased after treatment,which was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).after treatment,GuiShenwan combined with acupuncture group and Guishenwan group was significantly better than Western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Guishenwan combined with acupuncture on male immunological infertility effective,the overall clinical efficacy is better than Guishen pills and Western medicine group.2.Gui Shenwan combined with acupuncture can effectively promote the male immunological infertility patients with seminal plasma ACP values,seminal plasma SPIM and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets...
