Objective: in order to restore the masticatory function of patients with dentition defect caused by periodontitis,immediate implant surgery is a hotspot in the field of oral implant science.Due to the existence of periodontitis pathogenic factors lead to pathological alveolar bone absorption,the planting site of bone deficiency,resulting in bone defect around the implant,affect the initial stability of implants and difficult to form a solid bone union.This experiment firstly constructed Beagle periodontitis model,and establishes different implant immediate implantation around the vertical-horizontal joint bone defect animal model,then observe the titanium mesh combined with GBR technology in the restoration of bone defects around immediate implants(IIBD,Immediate implant bone defect)the actual effect of the vertical bone height and horizontal bone width and the different implant surface treatment capacity in the condition of osseointegration.Methods: 6 healthy adult beagle dogs were performed,ligation in bilateral mandibular premolar gingival neck respectively,supplemented by high glucose diet feeding,established periodontitis model in beagle dogs within 4 weeks.The fifth week were first,2,removal of bilateral mandibular 3 premolar,4,select the appropriate planting sites,and in different tooth implanted implant(4 implants each side),South Korea(DIO on implanted absorbable implant surface grinding medium,RBM),the other side of the Swiss ITI implant implantation body(large particle etching surface,SLA).Vertical and horizontal combined bone defects were prepared around each implant to reduce the vertical and horizontal width of the alveolar bone around the implant.According to the different processing methods all implants were divided into four groups: control group,GBR group,titanium mesh bone and titanium mesh group + +GBR group,each group were reduced in experimental piece tight suture.6 months after the death of all experimental beagle dogs,interception of mandible,preparation of implant bone tissue specimens.Through visual observation and direct measurement,X-ray,Micro scan,CT hard tissue slices were observed under the microscope and the formation of the difference between the rate of comparative study of different treatment methods after bone regeneration effect and two kinds of different implant bone bonding ability determination of new bone.Result:1,through the method of "tooth neck ligation + high glucose diet feeding,4 weeks successfully established periodontitis model of beagle dog premolar at.2,the treatment of bone defect around the implant in different ways.6 months later,it was found that the bone regeneration effect of titanium mesh +GBR group was the best.There were a lot of new bone formation in the bone defect area around the implant.3,bone regeneration after 6 months,compared the effect of bone regeneration were found in +GBR group,titanium mesh and titanium mesh bone powder + >>GBR > control group,but there was no significant difference between the titanium mesh and bone meal + group and GBR group the bone regeneration effect(P>0.05).4,bone regeneration after 6 months,the results of histological sections showed that large particles of etching sandblasting(SLA)implant surface treatment of new bone was significantly greater than the absorption of grinding medium surface(RBM)implant treatment,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: the pathogenic factors of periodontitis cases for immediate implant combined vertical horizontal bone defect around the implant in the process of operation of titanium mesh combined with GBR technology which is compared with other processing methods can effectively restore the bone defect area of the vertical bone height and bone width.The surface of implant surface treated with acid etching(SLA)is easier to obtain a good bone bonding than the surface of RBM.
