Objective: To contrast the effects of Bio-Gide collogen membrane and titanium membrane for the guided bone regeneration with different proportion composite of Bio-Oss and autogenous chip bone, and in the identical defect of bone around dental implant. The autogenous chip bone collected from implant drilling. To offer experiment guidance in chancing and appling dental graft material and guiding membrane for clinic.Method: 4 dogs 10~12 months were selected. Four premolar of two sides submaxilla had been extracted 3months later, we inserted 20 titanium implants in two side submaxilla. Then we made defect (L: 3mm, W: 2mm, D: 1.5mm) on the gena of every implant. The mixture of Bio-Oss and autogenous chip bone filled the defect, and the left submaxilla covered with titanium membrane, the right covered with collogen membrane. After 17 weeks, removed the submaxilla for general observation, measure the ratio of bone regeneration, X-ray and make histology assessment.Results:一,Gross studies: Implants are stabilized and good healing, without loosen. Mucous tunic is healed, without split, infection at the group of collogen membrane. The part of titanium membrane is exposed, but without shifting, desquamtion. In the middle of mucous tunic and titanium membrane have bone tissue. The top of implants have covered with new bone at the group of titanium membrane. It can be seen bone resorption on the gena of implants at the group of collogen membrane.二,X-ray: Oesseointegration formed between the implants and graft bone. Density of graft was lower than general bone. The density of corticalbone at the side of titanium membrane is lower than collogen membrane.三,Histology:1.Oesseointegration formed between the implants, without inflammation cell and fibrous connective tissue.2.Tissue slice of mucous tunic have new bone regeneration. Osteocyte is parallel arrangement,and forms lame foliacee bone.3.The brown nubby Bio-Oss was around implant. The new regeneration bone connected with Bio-Oss, formed general bridging. The new bone separated Bio-Oss and implant, it formed synosteosis with the surface of implant.4.There were a lot of new bone deposition at the surface of implant .The new bone dyeing was deep than basal bone,irregular arrangment,Haversian canal less.Conclusions:1.It is feasible that the bone defect around implant filled with the mixture of autogenous bone and Bio-Oss.2.The effect treated with the different mixture of antogenous bone and Bio-Oss in defect has no marked diversity.3.The effect of collogen membrane or titanium membrane is good in guiding bone regeneration. If titanium membrane was exposed, but without shifting and infection, it needn't be dislodged.4.Titanium membrane is not only cheaper than collogen membrane,but also fine plastically, so it create space for the regeneration of bone and obtain satisfactory effect. Clinically, it is feasible that choosed titanium membrane instead of collogen membrane for guiding bone regeneration.
