| Background The skin covering the body,is the outermost layer of the body’s organs.It is also the largest organ in the human body,which has the functions of barrier,secretion,absorption,metabolism,immunity,body temperature regulation and sensation.At the same time,because the skin is the largest organ of the human body,plays a role in the protection of the internal organs of the body,the equivalent of a barrier to the human body,the role of the barrier for the health of the body has a vital role.The skin barrier has been the focus of research,has been deeply into the genetic level,studies have shown that: keratin mutations associated with hereditary skin disease is one of the best examples of the current skeleton disease.Healthy adults at room temperature 25 degrees,the flow of blood to the skin accounted for about 8.5% of the body’s blood flow.The microcirculation of the skin is composed of two parallel vascular plexus: deep and shallow,plays the stored blood and nutrition skin,maintain skin microcirculation stability.Skin microcirculation is a complex system,it is also an important structure of the skin,as an important part of the skin barrier,the different state of the skin and topical drugs can cause changes in skin blood flow.Changes in skin blood flow is influenced by many factors,including the effects of physiological,pathological and environmental factors,they independently or acting on the body,or interact with the body,caused by the change of skin microcirculation.Therefore,it is very important for the diagnosis and treatment of various skin diseases.Objective To study the value of skin microcirculation perfusion in various parts of the healthy population,and to analyze the difference of the value of blood perfusion and the relationship with the age,sex and BMI.Methods284 healthy volunteers were divided into 6 groups by age;divided into 4 groups according to BMI value.Using laser Doppler flowmetry(Laser Doppler Flowmetry,LDF),the blood perfusion were mearsured on the face,neck,ears,forearm extensor side,forearm and finger were measured,the evaluation value of skin microcirculation were analysed by the special software.Results The value of blood flow perfusion of the fingertip was the highest,followed by the facial nerve,and the value of the perfusion of the forearm was the lowest.The facial and neck blood flow values of healthy males were higher than females.There were significant differences between the groups with different BMI values in the skin perfusion values of the neck,forearm and forearm.There were statistically significant differences between the blood perfusion of the face,neck,ears,forearm extensor in all age groups and forearm of five parts of value.Conclusion Individual perfusion with different values of each anatomical site,which is associated with the age,sex,BMI. |
