Purpose: To explore the accuracy of energy spectrum CT and MRI IDEAL-IQ in quantitative measurement of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods:Fifty male SD mice were fed with high fat diet.From the sixth week on,took10 mice for MRI and energy spectrum CT scan randomly every two weeks,GE advantange workstation 4.6 was used to measure the fatty liver fat fraction in IDEAL-IQ image,defined the fat fraction of MRI IDEAL-IQ test <5% in group A ?5%-10%in group B?>10% in group C;According to MRI IDEAL-IQ packet the fat content measured by dual energy spectrum CT workstation GSI software analysis corresponding to 0.625 mm and 1.25 mm of different base materials?fat/water and water/fat?,and obtain the corresponding spectral curve,in order to the above measuring ROI as a reference,took the corresponding area liver tissue for pathologic examination,HE stain,regarded pathology resule as golden standard.Using SPSS16.0 software,analysed correlation of the above three groups of spectrum CT and MRI measured mice liver fat content with pathological results first,and then analysed the correlation of energy spectrum CT in different base materials?fat/water and water/fat?and single energy CT values measured lipid content with MRI IDEAL-IQ test.Results: 45 of 50 mice liver fatty change occurred,building the success rate of 90%.Each group of fat cells counting,MRI IDEAL-IQ fat measured scores and energy spectrum CT difference was statistically significant between the measured values?P<0.05?.Groups of mice on the measured energy spectrum CT fat/water-based materials were high correlation between lipid content and HE staining(rfat/water 1.25= 0.886,rfat/water0.625= 0.884),Water/fat base material of measured lipid content and showed a negative correlation with HE staining(r water/fat1.25 =-0.879,rwater/fat 0.625 =-0.876),60 kev single energy values of CT showed negative correlation with pathology(rCT1.25 =-0.885,rCT0.625 =-0.851);MRI IDEAL-IQ measured technology of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in mice had a close correlation between fat score and HE staining(rMRI = 0.975);the correlation of energy spectrum CT of different base materials?fat/water and water/fat?measured with MRI IDEAL-IQ measured lipid content were r'fat/water1.25= 0.906,r'fat/water0.625 = 0.908,r'water/fat 1.25 =-0.903,r'water/fat0.625=-0.905;CT values under different spectrum CT60 Kev with different thick layer of MRI with the IDEAL-IQ measured had correlation of r CT1.25 =-0.872,r CT0.625 =-0.870.The higher the fat content,the greater the energy attenuation curve radian.Conclusion: Male SD mice feeding by high fat could form of nonalcoholic fatty liver.Energy spectrum CT and MRI IDEAL-IQ scan could be a noninvasive?accurate quantitative measurement of nonalcoholic fatty liver fat content,among them,the technology MRI IDEAL-IQ had a higher accuracy;the measured energy spectrum CT fat/water-based materials fat content?Single energy CT value also had correlation with the fat fraction measured by MRI IDEAL-IQ.
