Objective: To observe the effect of nicorandil on vascular endothelial function and serum hs-CRP in patients with chronic stable coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods: 90 cases of patients with chronic stable coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and research group, each group had 45 cases, the control group was given the basic treatment before and after PCI,and the research group was given nicorandil on the basis of the control group, the course of treatment in two groups ware 6 months,to compare the vascular endothelial function and serum hs-CRP in two groups. Results: Comparing with the first day bofore PCI,the FMD and NO of two groups on the first day after PCI decreased, and the ET-1 and hs-CRP increased;the FMD and NO on the first month and sixth month increased, and the ET-1 and hs-CRP decreased, the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The FMD and NO of research group on the first month and sixth month were higher obviously than that of control group on the same period, but the ET-1 and hs-CRP were lower obviously, the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cases of incidence of angina,in-stent restenosis and cardiovascular events in research group were lower than that of control group, the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions: It can help to improve vascular endothelial function, relieve vascular inflammation that nicorandil treat chronic stable coronary heart disease after PCI.
