BackgroungCoronary heart disease and erectile dysfunction are two closely related diseases, and their common pathophysiology is based on vascular endothelial dysfunction. At the same time, patients with coronary heart disease are a high incidence of erectile dysfunction, with an incidence of more than 50%.As China's economy continues to develop, people's living conditions continue to improve, and their living standards continue to improve. The incidence of cardiovascular-related diseases is getting higher and higher, and the age of onset is also getting younger. However, young patients with coronary heart disease have higher requirements for the quality of life.Sexual life, and improving the quality of life of such patients is also one of the hot spots of doctors' attention.Tadalafil is recognized as an effective drug in the treatment of erectile dysfunction, and its cardiovascular protective effect in the treatment of erectile dysfunction has also attracted everyone's attention. However,at the current stage, the clinical drug research on tadalafil for patients with coronary heart disease has not evaluated the efficacy and cardiovascular protection of different types of patients with coronary heart disease. This article intends to evaluate the clinical application of tadalafil in erectile dysfunction in young and middle-aged patients with stable coronary heart disease.ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy and clinical effect of tadalafil in the treatment of erectile dysfunction in young and middle-aged patients with stable coronary heart disease.MethodsA total of 28 patients aged 35-to-35 who were diagnosed with stable coronary heart disease and erectile dysfunction were collected from the Department of Cardiology in our hospital from September 2018 to October 2019.At the age of 60,the general clinical data of all persons were recorded based on the information of outpatient and inpatient medical records, including age, height, weight, blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglycerides, and coronary angiography results. The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the test group. The patients in the control group were given atorvastatin calcium tablets 20 mg + aspirin enteric-coated tablets 100 mg qd po,and the test group were given tadalafil 5mg + atorvastatin calcium tablets 20 mg + aspirin enteric-coated Tablets 100 mg qd po.After 4 weeks, the IIEF-5 score and serum ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 levels in the test and control groups were evaluated.ResultsThere were no significant differences in age,BMI,blood glucose, total cholesterol,triglycerides,IIIEF-5 scores, and Gensini scores between the two groups(P> 0.05).The baseline data of the two groups were consistent.Four weeks after receiving the corresponding treatment, there was a statistically significant difference in the IIEF-5 score between the two groups after comparison(P <0.05),and the test group was significantly higher than the control group;there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the control group.P> 0.05);the difference between the before and after comparison in the experimental group was statistically significant(P> 0.05).Serum ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 were compared before and after each medication. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of the two indicators before the medication(P> 0.05),and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups after the medication(P <0.05).And the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group;there was a statistically significant difference between the two indicators in each group before and after treatment(P <0.05),and both decreased after treatment.ConclusionTadalafil can significantly improve erectile dysfunction in young and stable patients with stable coronary heart disease, and can improve vascular endothelial function in patients with long-term benefits.
