| Objective:Type 2 diabetes and hyperuricemia are common endocrine metabolic diseases clinically.They are usually mutually accompanied.Regardless of diabetes or hyperuricemia,the long-term?safe?effective or economic drug are absent at present.Traditional Chinese medicine has a good curative effect on the treatment of these two diseases.However,there is rare research on type 2 diabetes combined with hyperuricemia.In order to further develop the application of Chinese medicine in endocrine and metabolic diseases,the clinical effect of Baihu Erdi Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes combined with hyperuricemia was investigated,the related indicators were statistically analyzed,the efficacy and safety of Baihu Erdi Decoction were scientifically evaluated,so as to provide multiple treatment options for the patients.Methods:60 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes combined with hyperuricemia according with stagnant dampness-heat were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group belongs to 30 people.The patients in the control group underwent the life intervention and western medicine standardized treatment.The patients in the treatment group underwent the Baihu Erid Decoction based on the life intervention and reasonable western medicine standardized treatment.The levels of fasting plasma glucose(FBG),postprandial blood glucose in 2h(P2hBG),C peptide(0,120min),blood uric acid(BUA)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1C)levels as well as traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of patients in the two groups were investigated before and after the intervention.Meanwhile,the results were statistically analyzed.Results:1.The blood glucose,blood uric acid and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of patients in the two groups were decreased after the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);The C-peptide(Omin)of patients in the two groups were increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The C-peptide(120min)of patients in the two groups were not change,the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05);2.The curative effect of patients in the treatment group of blood glucose?blood uric acid and glycosylated hemoglobin levels were superior to that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The C-peptide(0,120min)was not statistically significant(P>0.05);3.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);4.The traditional Chinese medicine symptom score of patients in the two groups was reduced after the intervention than before.Moreover,the curative rate of patients in the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).;5.The hepatic and renal function?WBC level as well as other laboratory safety indexes of patients showed no significant difference between the two groups before and after the intervention.Conclusion:Baihu Erdi Decoction could reduce the blood glucose,blood uric acid and glycosylated hemoglobin of patients with type 2 diabetes combined with hyperuricemia,could improve insulin function,also had a good effect in the improvement of traditional Chinese medical syndrome. |
