The Experience And Complex Formula Structure Research On The Cases Of Pro.Wang Xu Treating Diabetes Melitus Via Complex Method

Purpose:This article based on Professor Wangxu' s clinical cases of treating diabetes,adopts the data mining technology in the analysis and conclude the clinical experience and approaches of Dr Wang in recognizing and treating the diabetes with the intention of providing some guidance to the clinical treatment.Approach:This research is divided into two parts.The fist partment is through the clinical study with Pr.Wang during the postgraduate study,the author collects and organizes the medical data in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,selecting 90 cases from 340 treatments.By using the Medcase V3.2,the author builds the medical database,analyses and summarizes the clinical manifestations of the tongue and pulse,the features of the prescription medicine and their connection by using the Frequency Distribution and Association Rules.The second part through the typical case screening tutor clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetes and its complications,the prescription analysis,summed up the tutor prescription structure complex method for the treatment of diabetes.Result:Among the 193 patients,86 are male and 107 are female,with the oldest patient aged 91 and the youngest aged 21.Here are the clinical manifestation appear more than 60 times:Dry mouth,blurred vision,urine foam,poor sleep,feeling fatigue,exhausted limb:accounting for 4.71%?2.94%?29.71%?29.41%?27.35%?22.35%?20.299%respectively.The tongue texture are mainly red,65.889%and light red 23.53%.The tongue coating frequency more than 80 are white coating and thick coating,27.94%and 25.88%respectively.The pulse frequency more than 100 are fine pulse,slippery pulse and stringy pulse,51.18%?38.82%?30.889%respectively.251 kinds of Chinese medicine are included in the research with a total of 5328 times.The medicine used more than 50%are Cortex Lycii,Barbary Wolfberry Fruit,Pueraria lobata,Chinese yam with 14 kinds of medicines,with the purpose of relieve heat,strengthen spleen,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,Yin-nurturing,replenishing blood,yang-nurturing,and the main purpose is relieving heat.Through the typical case analysis,Professor Wangxu has four kinds of pattern in clinical methods of complex prescription,mainly include the cycle of Yin and Yang,the intermodulation of Qi and Xue,the combination of several organs,the combination of relive and nourish.Conclusion:through research,the patients are mainly old and middle aged people and in young people the rate was also high.Pr.wang treating diabetes based on deficiency,heat stagnation,blood stasis theory and the basic method is relieveing heat and remove blood stasis.Professor Wangxu has four kinds of pattern in clinical methods of complex prescription,mainly include the cycle of Yin and Yang,the intermodulation of Qi and Xue,the combination of several organs,the combination of relive and nourish.
