The Pathogenesis And Treatment Research On The Cases Of Pancreatic Cancer Treating By Professor Zhou Zhongying Based On Data Mining

Objective:To investigate the clinical experience and academic thoughts of Professor Zhou Zhongying in treating pancreatic cancer,deepen the understanding of the pathogenesis change and treatment principle of pancreatic cancer,so that it can be inheritanced more comprehensive and accurate.Methods:Collect the medical records of pancreatic cancer accumulated by Professor Zhou Zhongying in 20 years,screen the cases with standard criteria.Use Medcase V3.2 software to input all the cases and establish the database for the collection and storage of clinical cases.Applicate the methods like frequency analysis,association rules and clustering analysis,to focus on mining in the symptoms,pathogenesis,prescription and other contents of the medical records,to analysis,summ up and summarize the results of mining combined with Professor Zhou Zhongying’s clinical case.Results:All of the 116 patients within 210 clinical times,there are 77 male patients within 142 clinical times and 39 female patients within 68 clinical times,the maximum age is 92 years,the minimum age of 30.In the case,it is not uniform of each age stage,there are 39 cases in 50 to 59 years old,accounting for 33.69%,34 cases in 60 and 69 years old,accounting for 29.39%.The main clinical symptoms of pancreatic cancer are pain,anorexia,dry mouth,abdominal distension,diarrhea,bitter taste,fatigue,weak,yellow urine,disgusting,respectively accounted for 69.1%,37.1%,32.9%,25.2%,21.0%,20.5%,18.6%,17.69%,17.69%and 16.29%.In pathogenesis,the highest frequency is 47.1%ordered by dampness-heat-blood stasis-toxin,followed by injuries of liver and spleen,disharmony of liver and stomach,respectively accounted for 43.3%,21.0%.The main location elements are known as the liver,spleen,stomach,respectively accounted for 96.7%,76.7%,43.3%;the nature syndrome elements are wet,heat,blood stasis,toxin,qi deficiency,respectively accounted for 96.2%,92.4%,91.0%,69.1%,68.6%.In the aspect of medication,drugs used more than 100 times are Huanglian,Ezhu,Banxia,Baihuasheshecao,Sharen,Jineijin,Jiuxiangchong,Shenqu,Taizishen,Huoxiang,Wuzhuyu,Banzhilian,respectively accounted for 72.4%,66.2%,64.3%,62.4%,58.6%,57.6%,54.8%,54.3%,53.3%,53.3%,53.3%,51.9%in all the cases.Conclusions:The main pathogenesis of pancreatic cancer is dampness-heat-blood stasis-toxin,the toxin is exist in the whole stage of pancreatic cancer,lingering pathogenic toxin danage Yin blood and consume Yang,it can lead to deficiency of Qi and Yin;The disease located mainly in the liver and spleen,involving the stomach,gallbladder and so on,may be related to kidney;the basic principle is to anti-cancer and relieving toxin,strengthening vita qi;the common-used drugs for anti-cancer and relieving toxin include Baihuasheshecao,Ezhu,Shidachuan,Banzhilian,Shancigu,Bayuezha and so on.
