The Clinical Observation Of WD-2 Combined With Transcatheter Arterial Chemo-embolization On Primary Carcinoma Of The Liver

Objective:To apply WD-2 combined with transcatheter arterial chemo-embolization to treat primary carcinoma of the liver,and compared with the way of simple transcatheter arterial chemo-embolization for random control,observe the former if has the advantage on reductiong of the size of solid tumor,remission of clinical symptoms,improvement of quality of life and alleviation of the side effects.Estimate the curative effect and safety of WD-2,and to popularize it in the treatment of primary liver cancer.Methods:By adopting randomized controlled clinical test design,60 patients of primary carcinoma of the liver who screened by inclusion and exclusion criteria are separated into treatment group and control group randomly,each of them have 30 cases.The control group uses simple transcatheter arterial chemoembolization,4 weeks for a cycle,2 cycles for a course of treatment,and the treatment group uses WD-2 after TACE until the end of the course of treatment.,and of them are gived routine fluid replacement and symptomatic treatment.Observing the change of the tumor size,clinical symptom,physical condition,quality of life score,adverse reaction,tumor marker,lymphocyte subgroup of them after treatment.Results:In the aspect of reduction of solid tumor size,the disease control rates of the treatment group and was 83.3%and 73.3%respectively,there was no statistical significance between them(P>0.05);in the improvement of clinical symptom,the score of clinical symptom of treatment group was much lower compared with the control group,and showed significant difference(P<0.01),and had difference between two groups(P<0.05);in the improvement of tumor marker,all of the two groups could decrease AFP and CA-199 obviously after treatment,and compared with before there were significant statistical differences(P<0.01),but between the two groups had no difference(P>0.05);in the improvement of immune function,CD3+ and CD4+ of treatment group were higher than control group after the treatment,and had statistical difference both of the two groups(P<0.05);in the improvement of KPS score,the score of treatment group was much higher than that of control group,and showed difference obviously(P<0.01),the efficiency of treatment group was higher comparede with control group,both of them were 86.7%and 60%respectively,and showed difference between them at the same time(P<0.05);in the aspect of the improvment of quality of life,the sore of emotion function and overall health of treatment group were higher compared with control group,and showed statistical difference(P<0.05),while the score of fatigue,nausea and vomiting,pain,insomnia,diarrhea,appetite of treatment group were much lower,and in the aspect of appetite had significant difference between them(P<0.01),the others were difference(P<0.05);in the reduction of side effects,the occurrence degree of nausea and vomiting,diarrhea,fever in treatment group lighter compared with control group,and had significant difference in fever(P<0.01),while the difference was statistically significant in nausea and vomiting and diarrhea(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of fever in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and also showed difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using WD-2 combined with TACE to treat primary carcinoma of the liver has no obvious advantage in terms of reduce the size of solid tumor compared with using simple TACE,but has advantages in terms of the remission of clinical symptoms,the improvement of quality of life and the alleviatiion of side effects of TACE.
