Clinical Study On Advanced Advanced Gastric Cancer Treated By "Hua Yu Xiao Liu Fang" Combined With Chemotherapy

Objective:Blood Stasis symptoms widely penetrate in gastric cancer, the promoting Blood circulation by removing Blood Stasis is one of the most important principle of treatment, based on it ,we choose"hua yu xiao liu fang"to study the combined curative effect of Chinese medicines and chemotherapy on advanced gastric cancers and the side effects of chemotherapy. Methods:46 subjects with advanced Gastric Cancer were randomly divided into two groups, 23 patients in the treated group were administered with"hua yu xiao liu fang"and chemotherapy(OLF regimen), 23 in the control group with chemotherapy alone. Objective effects and the changes of subjective symptoms were studied during two periods of treatment. Results:After two periods of treatment, the subjective symptoms,KPS,body weights,immune parameters,hemorheology were all significantly improved in the treated group, better than in the control one.But there was no difference between two groups on the size of focus, the toxicity occurent rate and toxic degree were slighter in the treated group than in the control one. Conclusion:"hua yu xiao liu fang"and chemotherapy (OLF regimen)have better curative effect on treating advanced gastric cancers.
