ObjectiveTo detecte the expression levels of IL-17,IL-23 and IL-35 in the serum of in patients with chronic urticarial, and and the correlation between there expression levels and the disease severity score, and to explore there role in pathogenesis of chronic urticaria and providing the relevant immune mechanism and new treatment measures of chronic urticaria.Methods1.Research object: This study collected 29 cases of chronic urticaria who hospitalized in our hospital from June to December 2016.Collection of patients based on "clinical dermatology" in the diagnostic criteria for chronic urticaria.Disease severity score was based on the EAACI / GA2 LEN / EDF urticaria score criteria, and all enrolled cases were scored by the same medical staff and recorded.29 healthy adults were compared in our hospital from October to December 2016.2.Methods: The levels of IL-17,IL-23 and IL-35 in the serum of the case group and the healthy control group were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and to analyze the correlation between the expression of IL-17,IL-23 and IL-35 in CU and the severity of the disease.3.Statistics: SPSS 21.0 software was used to statistically analyze the experimental data. The measurement data was expressed as mean ± standard deviation(?x±s).The data were compared between the two groups by using t test. The correlation of two consecutive random variables is analyzed by Pearson correlation, and the grade data were analyzed using Spearman correlation.P<0.05 suggests the difference is statistically significant.Results1.The concentration of IL-17 in serum of patients with chronic urticaria was higher than that of control, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.The concentration of IL-23 in serum of patients with chronic urticaria was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The concentration of IL-35 in serum of patients with chronic urticaria was lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The expression level of IL-17 in serum of patients with chronic urticaria was positively correlated with the severity of disease(P<0.05);the expression of IL-23 was positively correlated with the severity of disease(P<0.05);there was a negative correlation between the expression level and the severity score(P<0.05).5.There was a negative correlation between the expression of IL-17 and IL-35 levels in serum of patients with chronic urticaria(P<0.05);the IL-23 expression was negatively correlated with IL-35(P<0.05);the IL-17 expression was positively correlated with IL-23(P<0.05).Conclusions1.IL-17,IL-23 may have proinflammatory effects, and IL-35 may be a protective factor in serum, they participate in the incidence of chronic urticaria, the expression level may reflect the the disease severity.2.Th17 cells and Treg cell imbalance may be involved in the pathogenesis of chronic urticaria.
