The Clinical Curative Effect Observation On Children’s Tourette Syndrome (Stagnation Of Qi And Fire) With Bentun Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Bentun Decoction in the treatment of qi depression type tourette syndrome.Methods:60 children with Tourette syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(n = 30).The treatment group was given TCM Bentun Decoction;control group was treated with tiapride hydrochloride orally.After 2 months of treatment,changes of clinical symptoms were observed before and after treatment,blood routine,urine routine,liver function and kidney function etc..Results:the two groups before and after treatment the total symptom score were compared in the group,P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group and control group have a significant effect;comparison of the efficacy of a total score of two group,the total efficiency of the treatment group was 96.67%,control group total effective rate was 86.67%,the two groups were compared with P<0.01.With significant differences,showed that the treatment group is better than the integral effect in the control group;the two groups before and after treatment in terms of motor tics to compare the efficacy of the treatment group,the motor tic efficiency is 96.67%,the control group of the motor tic efficiency is 90%,the two groups were compared with P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant,that treatment the effect of TiC group was better than control group in motion;the two groups before and after treatment in vocal tics of the efficacy of the treatment group,the total efficiency of the vocal tics for 93.33%,the control group vocal tics of the total efficiency of 86.67%,the two groups were compared,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group in vocal tics in terms of efficacy was significantly better than the control group curative effect;during treatment,treatment group had no adverse reactions after treatment,the treatment group safety index inspection without exception,that Bentun Decoction in the treatment of Tourette syndrome and no adverse reaction.Conclusion:1.Bentun Decoction has obvious curative effect of qi depression type of Tourette syndrome,and the overall effect is better than tiapride hydrochloride;2,Bentun Decoction on motion,sound effect of TiC were better than tiapride hydrochloride;3.Bentun Decoction improvement effect on TCM syndrome in tiapride hydrochloride;4.Bentun Decoction in the treatment of qi depression type of Tourette syndrome and no adverse reaction.
