Study On The Relativity Between Prehypertention Different Constitution Types Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And Cardiovascular Disease Risk Factors And Target-organ Damage

Objective:To investigate the relationships between prehypertention differ ent constitution types of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and car diovascular disease risk factors and target-organ damage.To provide new evidences for early intervention and prevention of the constitution in people of Prehype rtention.Methods:The data comes form hei long jiang university first affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine a cardiovascular disease and centre of admi nister not disease,100 cases of prehypertention pati ents were randomly col lected as a case group.The other 100 healthy people who had no history of high blood pressure and other serious illnesses was randomly selected for the same period of time,with the same sex and age as a control group.Using the"Classification and Determination of constitution in TCM table"designed in 2009 by Chi na Association of Chinese medicine to classify the case s,Measuring patients' height?weight?CHO-L?TG?LDL-C?GLU,?HDL-C?U A and HCY?MA?AIM?IGU and TRU,measuring LVED?IVST and LV PWT?IMT;Use statistical software SPSS20.0 for statistical analysis.Results:1.Phlegm-dampness24%,yin deficiency22%,blood-stasis constituti on 19%are the main types of constitution in the people of prehyperten sion,altogether,there are 65%of the three species of biased consti tutions.This certifies that most people of pre-hypertension have biased constitutions.otherwise,normal con stitution is the main type of constitution in the control group,its composi tion is 32%.2.Four TCM constitutional factors were enclosed in the regre ssion equation,they were blood-stasis constitution(OR=2.698),Phlegm-dampness constitution(OR=2.555),yin deficiency constituti on(OR=2.538)and nor mal constitution(OR=0.185).Accordig to the OR,the risk factors of the prehyper tension are blood-stasi s,Phlegm-dampnessand yin deficiency consti tution.while,normal consti tutionis the protective factor for prehypertension.3.To compare with the risk factors of cardiovascular disease in the four main constitutional influential factors of prehypertent ion.there were significant statistics difference among four main influen-tial constitution on BMI?TG?TC?LDL?C?HDL-C?UA?HCY(p<0.05).The patients of Phlegm-dampness constitution were more prone to disorder of GLU?HCY?UA metabolism;the level of HDL-C of normal constitution was the highest;yin deficiency const itution has significantly higher GLU levels than other constitutions.4.To compare with the Urine protein in the four main const itutional influential factors of prehyperttention.there were no signif icant statistics difference among four main influential constitution on MA?AIM?IGU?TRU(p>0.05).5.To compare with the RWT?LVMI?IMT in the four main const ituti onal influen tial factors of prehypertention.there were significa nt statistics difference among four main influential constitution on L VMI?IMT(p<0.0 5).The patients of Phlegm-dampn ess constitution has significantly higher LVMI?IMT levels than other constitutions.th ere were no significant statis tics difference among four main influential constitution on RWT(p>0.05).Conclusions:1.Most people of prehypertension have biased constitutions.the risk factors of the pr ehypertension are Phlegm-dampness,yin deficiency and blood-stasis con stitution.while,normal constitution is the protective factor for prehypertension.2.The patients of Phlegm-dampness constitution in prehyperten-tion were more prone to be obesity?overweight and disorder of TG?TC?LDL-C?UA?HCY?LVMI?IMT metabolism than other constitution.3.The patients of yin deficiency constitution in prehypertention were more prone to be disorder of GLU metabolism than other constitutions.4.The lipid metabolism of patients among four main influential constitution in prehypertention have no obvious correlation.
