| Metabolic syndrome refers to obesity、insulin resistance、impaired glucose tolerance or type 2 diabetes、raised triglycerides、hypertension、cardiovascular disease risk of hyperuricemia and microalbuminuria and other factors aggregation within the individual, the most direct consequence is that cardiovascular disease. The metabolic syndrome in each group abnormal has increased the risk of cardiovascular disease, various components of abnormal and further increase the risk of cardiovascular disease.According to the statistics of the world about 1/4-1/3 of adults affected by metabolic syndrome, the prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome is increasing and it has become one of the most serious public health problems in the world. Objective:To determine the prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome and its components in Jilin province.Understanding the prevalence of various components of metabolic syndrome and the aggregation of different combinations of prevalence.Analyzing the risk factors of metabolic syndrome.Put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. To provide the basis for formulating effective strategies and measures for prevention and control of metabolic syndrome,in order to reduce the contribution of metabolic syndrome to cardiovascular disease, prevent cardiovascular disease effectively, reduce cardiovascular disease to harm people’s health. Methods:The survey was started in October 2015 to June 2016,the method of multistage stratified random cluster sampling were adopted. The comprehensive consideration of various factors,we selected six areas in Jilin province,Changchun City、Jilin City、Yanji City、Liaoyuan City、Tonghua City、Fuyu City,a total of 6 projects, the screening was carried out in the community or village for the unit.A total of 36558 people were included in the survey.By field survey, got the unified training and qualified staff to conduct on-site investigation. The unified national cardiovascular center issued and debug electronic data acquisition platform installation information input, including basic information registration、screening data、cardiovascular health status questionnaire. To know the demographic information, data of physical examination(blood pressure、height、weight、waist circumference、peak expiratory flow),laboratory data(three glycerol esters 、 total cholesterol 、 high density lipoprotein cholesterol、low density Lipoprotein cholesterol、blood sugar)and cardiovascular health status questionnaire, synchronous input to the project data acquisition system, uploaded to the national project office platform.SPSS21.0 software was used for data analysis, the test level for 0.05,measurement data using mean±standard deviation and t-test for the group comparison;Enumeration data were described using rate and chi-square test for the group comparison.Univariate analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of metabolic syndrome, and the factors of statistical significance were analyzed by multiple factor regression, univariate analysis using the chi-square test, multivariate analysis using the multivariate Logistic regression analysis.Results:(1)The survey obtained effective questionnaire information and measurement indicators of a total of 34025 respondents, the minimum age of 35 years old,the maximum age of 75 years old,the average age of(55.10±9.95)years old;14112 were male(41.5%),19913 cases were female(58.5%);32622 cases of Han(95.9%),1143 Korean cases(3.4%).(2)The prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome in Jilin province was 32.5%(11043 cases),the prevalence rate of male was 23.4%(3302 cases),the prevalence rate of female was 38.9%(7741 cases),65 to 75 years old age group with higher prevalence(39.3%),and 35 to 44 years old age group prevalence rate is low(21.7%).In addition to ethnic(P > 0.05),different groups of metabolic syndrome were statistically significant difference in the incidence(P < 0.05).(3)The components of metabolic syndrome(obesity、abnormal blood pressure、abnormal blood glucose、high glycerin three fat、low density lipoprotein cholesterol)prevalence in 34.7% ~ 54.9% range.Among them, the higher rate in central obesity was 54.9%(18668 cases),The lower rate in high glycerin three fat was 34.7%(11797 cases).(4)The metabolic syndrome cases,0、1、2、3、4、5 abnormal components accounted for 29.3%(9974 cases)、22.9%(7787 cases)、15.3%(5221 cases)、16.4%(5570 cases)、11.5%(3903 cases)、4.6%(1570 cases). In the aggregation of each group, the 0 main components were abnormal, and the prevalence of metabolic syndrome was decreased with the increase of the number of aggregation in the 3 or more components.(5)The components of metabolic syndrome in different combinations, higher prevalence in three groups of abnormal combination(16.4%).Among them, central obesity plus abnormal blood pressure abnormal, blood glucose combinations,of which the prevalence reached 4.9%.Men in central obesity plus abnormal blood pressure, blood glucose combinations were higher prevalence(4.6%).Women in five groups all unusual combination of high prevalence(5.7%).(6)Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age 、 female 、 widowed、highly educated、unemployed and retired workers、the high frequency of drinking、overweight or obesity、snoring were risk factors of metabolic syndrome.Conclusions:(1)The prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome among residents in Jilin province was 32.5% in 2015.The prevalence of metabolic syndrome in middle-aged and elderly people is high, and the prevalence rate of female is higher than that of male.It is suggested that the middle-aged and elderly population should be the key population for the prevention and treatment of metabolic syndrome.(2)The prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome among residents in Jilin province was the higher, followed by the abnormal blood pressure, and the lower prevalence of hypertriglyceridemia.(3)The metabolic syndrome as the 0、1、2、3、4、5 components of the exception were: 29.3%、22.9%、15.3%、16.4%、11.5%、4.6%.We should focus on the early identification, prevention and intervention of at least 1 kinds of abnormal aggregation of the components and the high risk group of central obesity with abnormal blood glucose abnormality.(4)Age、female、widowed、highly educated、unemployed and retired workers、the high frequency of drinking、overweight or obesity、snoring were risk factors of metabolic syndrome. |
