Part?Research: The First trimester key ultrasound parameters of fetal nervous systemObjective: To establish inracranial translucency normal reference values of each gestation days in the first trimester;Research correlation between inracranial translucency and gestation days,crown-rump length, geatation age and nuchal translucency thickness.Research the clinical significance of screening neural tube defects by measuring inracranial translucency thickness.Materials and method: A total of 385 pregnancies were selected in our work. They refered to pregnatal diagnosis center in the second hospital of Jilin University from October,2013 to December,2014.The selected pregnant women were 22 to 42 years old, average age were(30.76±3.89)years old.The fetus were 11 to 14 gestational weeks.A total of 355 pregnancies were ultimately selected in our work by excluding those who were or suspected abnormal anantomy?genetic abnormalities?or NT thickening during pregnant examination and any abnormalities in follow-up after birth. We collect and sort all selected 355 case reports and record their IT thickness. This retrospective study applys statistical software for analysis.Result: 1.Establish normal reference values of each gestation days inracranial translucency during early pregnancy.2.Inracranial translucency thickness was positively associated with gestation days, increased linearly with the increase of gestation days.3.Inracranial translucency thickness was positively associated with crown-rumplength,increased linearly with the increase of crown-rump length.4.Inracranial translucency thickness was no associated with gestational age.5.Inracranial translucency thickness was positively associated with nuchal translucency thickness. Conclusion: Establish inracranial translucency normal reference values of each gestation days in the first trimester.Inracranial translucency thickness was positively associated with gestation days?crown-rump length and nuchal translucency thickness.Research the clinical significance of screening neural tube defects by measuring inracranial translucency thickness.Part? Research: The First trimester key ultrasound parameters of fetal cardiovasculor systemObjective: To establish normal reference values of each gestation days nuchal translucency, cardiac axis and heart rate in the first trimester.Research respectively correlation between nuchal translucency, cardiac axis and heart rate and gestation days,crown-rump length and geatation age.Research the clinical significance of screening cardiovascular system defects by measuring nuchal translucency thickness, cardiac axis, heart rate, intracardiac echogenic focus, ductus venosus and tricuspid valve flow.Materials and method: A total of 385 pregnancies were selected in our work. They refered to pregnatal diagnosis center in the second hospital of Jilin University from October,2013 to December,2014.The selected pregnant women were 22 to 42 years old, average agewere(30.76±3.89)years old.The fetus were 11 to 14 gestational weeks.A total of 355 pregnancies were ultimately selected in our work according to the exclusion criteria. We collect and sort all selected 355 case reports and record corresponding data. This retrospective study applys statistical software for analysis.Result: 1.Establish normal reference values of each gestation days nuchal translucency, cardiac axis and heart rate in the first trimester.2.Nuchal translucency thickness was positively associated with gestation days, increased linearly with the increase of gestation days;positively associated with crown-rump length, increased linearly with the increase of crown-rump length;not associated with gestational age.3.Cardiac axis was no associated with gestation days;no associated with crown-rump length;not associated with gestational age.4.Heart rate was negatively associated with gestation days, decreased linearly with the increase of gestation days;negatively associated with crown-rump length, decreased linearly with the increase of crown-rump length;not associated with gestational age. Conclusion: Establish normal reference values of each gestation days nuchal translucency, cardiac axis and heart rate in the first trimester. We found correlation between nuchal translucency, cardiac axis and heart rate and gestation days,crown-rump length and geatation age.Research the clinical significance of screening cardiovascular system defects by measuring nuchal translucency thickness, cardiac axis, heart rate, intracardiac echogenic focus, ductus venosus and tricuspid valve flow. This research attributes to cardiovascular system defects detcted early, treated early to improve the quality of population.
