Yin Xiao Bolus In Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris (Damp Heat Type) Clinical Observation

Objective:To observe therapeutic efficacy of Yin Xiao Bolus in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris(dampness-heat type).Methods:60 cases of psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group,the treatment group were treated with Yin Xiao Bolus,oral,1 bolus each time,three times daily,the control group were treated with Dan Qing capsule,oral,4 capsule each time,three times daily.The treatment course was 2 weeks,observing and analysing the indexes and efficacy by SPSS19.0 after 2 courses.Result:1.Before the treatment,P>0.05,there were no significant differences when compared PASI score and itchiness between two groups.2.After 2 courses,comparing PASI score and itchiness between two groups,P<0.05,with significant difference.3.After 2 courses,the clinical effect was evaluated with PASI score.In the treatment group,4 cases cured,14 cases were significantly effective,10 cases effective,2 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.33%.In the control group,1 case cured,9 cases were significantly effective,12 cases effective,8 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 73.33%.P<0.05,with significant difference.Conclusion:Compared Yin Xiao Bolus group with Dan Qing capsule group,Yin Xiao Bolus group is superior to Dan Qing capsule group on reducing the PASI score and relieving itchiness,it has significant curative effects.
