The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease By Ginkgo Biloba Ester Dispersible Tablets Angina Pectoris (Blood Stasis Syndrome) Angina Effect And Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Clinical Observation

Objective:Evaluation the effectiveness of Ginkgo ketone ester dispersible tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease stable angina(blood stasis syndrome)of the aspects of angina pectoris,TCM syndrome evaluation and nitroglycerin cessation rate during medication.Methods:Clinical observation using randomized,double-blind,positive drug parallel control to choose 60 patients with heart disease who seeked treatment in Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated first hospital from March 2016 to November 2016,they were enrolled in the study group and were voluntarily agreed to carry out experimental observations.The patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,each 30 cases.Medicated 8W ± 2d,to observate Ginkgo ketone ester dispersible tablets in the treatment of chest pain and heartache in the evaluation of TCM syndrome,the efficacy of angina and nitroglycerin stop rate of effectiveness after the end.Results:1.In the treatment of angina pectoris,the total effective rate of the control group was 67.86%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%.The effective rate of the two groups was analyzed by rank test(P<0.05).2.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the control group was 71.43%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%.The efficacy of TCM syndromes was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.In the control group,the total effective rate of the control group was 71.43%.The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.In the number of angina pectoris,the treatment group and the control group after paired t test P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. In the duration of angina pectoris,the duration of angina pectoris was reduced in the treatment group and the control group,and the paired t test was analyzed before and after P<0.05.the difference was statistically significant.6.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Ginkgo biloba ester dispersible tablets have the effect of improving the symptoms of angina pectoris in patients with stable angina pectoris(heart blood stasis syndrome)and reducing the syndrome of TCM syndrome.2.Ginkgo biloba ester dispersible tablets can improve coronary heart disease stable angina(blood stasis card)in patients with ECG performance.3.Ginkgo biloba ester dispersible tablets can reduce the use of nitroglycerin in patients with stable angina pectoris(coronary heart disease).4.Ginkgo biloba ester dispersible tablets in the course of the test no adverse reactions occur,good safety.
