Xinling Pills Treatment Of Stable Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris(Qi Deficiency,Blood Stasis) Athletic Flat Test Analysis And Curative Effect Observation Of Tcm Syndrome

Objective By observing electrocardiogram exercise test analysis and the curative effects of TCM syndrome of Xinling Pills treatment of coronary heart disease stable angina patients(qi deficiency,blood stasis),preliminary evaluation the effectiveness,security of Xinling Pills treatment of coronary heart disease stable angina.Methods This study takes the way of randomized,double-blind,parallel-group,the method of choice in April 2015?November 2015 in Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine the first affiliated hospital of cardiovascular internal medicine outpatients,diagnosises accord with inclusion criteria and signed informed consent of patients,a total of 60 cases.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group 30 cases each.Treatment group is given Xinling Pills;Control group is given Xinling Pills simulation;Each group is given 2 pills/time,3 times/day,a course of 28 plus 3 days.After these days,to observe the change of ECG total exercise time,Duke score,MET value,Angina pectoris integral,Angina pectoris curative effects,syndrome integral and curative effect of TCM,and the change of safety indicators.Results1 Electrocardiogram exercise test total exerciset time,Duke score,MET value change before and after the medicine,the treatment group has statistically significance(?P<0.01),the control group has no statistically significance(P>0.05),compared statistically significant between the two groups(?P<0.01),the treatment group is better than the control group.2 Curative effect of Angina pectoris before and after the medicine,the treatment group has statistically significance(?P<0.01),the control group has no statistically significance(P>0.05),compared statistically significant between the two groups(?P<0.01),the treatment group is better than the control group.3 Curative effect of TCM symptoms before and after the medicine,the treatment group has statistically significance(?P<0.01),the control group has no statistically significance(P>0.05),compared statistically significant between the two groups(?P<0.01),the treatment group is better than the control group.4 Safety indicators before and after the medicine,There was no statistically significance of both the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),the comparison between the two groups which has no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion1 Xinling Pills can improve electrocardiogram exercise test total exercise time,Duke score and MET value of the patients with coronary heart disease stable angina patients(qi deficiency,blood stasis);2 Xinling Pills can improve symptoms of angina and TCM of the patients with coronary heart disease stable angina patients(qi deficiency,blood stasis);3 Xinling Pills in the treatment process found no adverse reaction,and the security is significant.
