The Clinical Study On Depression Of Liver Qi Stagnation(Anxiety And Depression State) Treated With Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Modified Danzhi Xiaoyao powder in treating Depression of Liver Qi Stagnation(Anxiety and Depression State).Method:According to the random Numbers,64 subjects were divided into treatment group and control group in 32 cases.The treatment group took Modified Danzhi Xiaoyao powder,60 ml,tid,after meals.The control group was treated with Deanxit,10.5g,breakfast middle.Two groups of patients were treated for 4 weeks.Recording the patient's scales of TCM Syndroom,Hamilton Anxiety(HAMA),Hamilton Depression(HAMD)before treatment and after treatment 2 weeks,4weeks and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)before and after treatment to assess patient's anxiety and depression degree and sleep quality.Analysis of the scales to summarize the total efficiency.Results:1?Modified Danzhi Xiaoyao powder can obviously reduce the patient's points of the TCM Syndroom Scale?the HAMA Scale?the HAMD Scale and the PS QI Scale,after treatment compared with before treatment,the group have statistical significant difference(P<0.01).The total efficiency of the TCM Syndroom Scale,the HAMA Scale,the HAMD Scale and the PSQI Scale were 84.38%?87.50%?78.13%?87.50%.2?Deanxit can obviously reduce the patient's points of the TCM Syndroom Scale?the HAMA Scale?the HAMD Scale and the PSQI Scale,after treatment compared with before treatment,the group have statistical significant difference(P<0.01).The total efficiency of the TCM Syndroom Scale,the HAMA Scale,the HAMD Scale and the PSQI Scale were 78.13%?81.28%?84.38%?84.38%.3?There are no significant difference(P>0.05)between the treatment group an d Deanxit changing in points of TCM Syndroom Scale?HAMA Scale?HAMD Scale and PSQI Scale.There is significant difference(P<0.05)between two groups compared in the aspect of reducing HAMA scale physical anxiety point.4?During the treatment,two groups of routine blood,live and kidney functions are normal,and no adverse reaction occurred.Conclusion:Modified Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder treatment of depression of liver qi stagnation(Anxiety and Depression State)are effective and security,there is equality between Supplemented Danzhi Xiaoyao Decoction and Deanxit in the aspect of improving TCM syndroom?mental anxiety?depression and Insomnia,to improve somatoform symptoms Modified Danzhi Xiaoyao powder is superior to Deanxit.Therefore Modified Danzhi Xiaoyao powder is worthy of further experimental research and clinical popularize application.
