This article mainly adopts the research methods of medical cases finishing,analysis and conclusion,studying and excavating the psychosomatic diseases in Ancient and Modern Medical cases comments by Yu Zhen.Guiding by the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Psychology and Psychosomatic Medicine,explores and summarizes systematically the etiology and pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment,health experience about psychosomatic diseases in Ancient and Modern Medical cases comments.The book widely adopted a lot of medical cases,the main source of selected medical cases,the one is from Classified Case Records of Celebrated Physicians,which was written by Jiang Guan and Jiang Yingxiu,they are father and son in Ming Dynasty,Yu Zhen in Fan example words,"Jiang's book,selected a lot,but just three or four out of ten";the second is from the Jin and Yuan Dynasties medical cases,The name of the doctors are Li Dongyuan,Zhang Zihe,Zhu Danxi and so on;the third source of selected medical cases is the same period with the author,such as Ye Tianshi,Xue Shengbai and other medical cases.The book,a total of 10 volumes,selected the famous medical cases history of more than 60 years,the book involves the internal,surgical,women,children departments more than 160 kinds of diseases,add up to 1060 cases,based on the Ming and Qing Dynasties medical cases,also including Jin and Yuan's cases.After the book the author wrote a chapter named "Six points about preventing diseases and having children".I classified the book in accordance of the diseases,roughly divided into 19 categories.There were 213 cases of psychosomatic diseases and total 90 categories.Comments about the cases is a new creation of the book,a total of 530 words,which contains 13 words related to psychosomatic diseases.The psychosomatic diseases cases and the comments can provide reference ideas and basis to the modern psychosomatic diseases clinical practice.This study summarizes the contents of the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment,and emotional health of psychosomatic diseases from the book.First,the etiology of psychosomatic diseases are various,which has such a feature with internal and external factors.Not only related to the internal injuries,personality characteristics,but also related to the gender,professional status,negative life events and other social and environmental factors,these factors cause psychosomatic diseases in a single or synergistic way.Second,the pathogenesis of psychosomatic diseases are viscera injury,air disorder,phlegm block and blood consumption,viscera injury mainly involved liver,heart,spleen.Third,Yu Zhen pays more attention to pulse diagnosis for psychosomatic diseases,which can be regarded as a major feature of its diagnosis.Fourth,it is important to focus on the social psychological causes in diagnosis,valuing the emotional change in the process of diseases.Fifth,the treatment methods of psychosomatic diseases are of great diversification,using psychological therapy skillfully,also combining with the drug therapy,acupuncture treatment and so on.Sixth,both the treatment and emotional health are equally important.Not only should we keep the body fit,but also we should adjust the spirit of mind,keeping the balance of them.It is a good way to prevent the occurrence of the psychosomatic diseases.
