Research On Diagnosis And Treatment Rules Of Psychosomatic Diseases In Supplement To Classified Case Records Of Celebrated Physicians

Objectivethis study mainly collects and sorts out the cases of psychosomatic diseases in Supplement to Classified Case Records of Celebrated Physicians,summarizes and sums up the experience of ancient doctors in the diagnosis and treatment of psychosomatic diseases,so that the rules of diagnosis and treatment of psychosomatic diseases of ancient doctors can better guide the contemporary medical practice.MethodsStrictly according to the in and out the standard of Supplement to Classified Case Records of Celebrated Physicians center carries on the preliminary screening work,the body is the basis of disease and will be incorporated into the main reference basis of the national institutes of higher colleges and universities of Chinese medicine for teaching,the China press of traditional Chinese medicine of TCM internal medicine^[6],journal of Chinese traditional surgery^[7],the gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine^[8],journal of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine^[9],the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine ophthalmology^[10],journal of otolaryngology of traditional Chinese medicine^[11]to standards for the classification of disease classification,on the basis of gender,pulse condition and treatment standardization processing,Furthermore,the frequency analysis method,golden section method and other statistical methods were used to explore the incidence of psychosomatic diseases and the law of treatment and medication,and a case study was conducted on the system diseases with a small number of cases.ConclusionThrough the collation and research of the book,the author found that there were576 cases of physical diseases,involving at least 116 diseases.The incidence of psychosomatic diseases is relatively high,among which the proportion of internal diseases is the highest,and the proportion of pediatric and facial stomatology is relatively low.In internal medicine,the main diseases with high incidence are qi,blood,body fluid,spleen and stomach system and hepatobiliary diseases.Among the pathogenic factors of seven emotions,emotional anger is the most common cause of psychosomatic diseases.The pulse condition is most common with the chordal pulse;Pathogenesis is mainly qi disorder,qi and blood loss;The main disease sites were spleen,lung and liver.The treatment is mainly drug therapy,but also involves psychotherapy and moxibustion;A total of 267 kinds of therapeutic drugs were involved,most of which were tonic for deficiency,heat-clearing drug,antipyretic drug,qi-regulatingdrug,tranquilizer,expectorantandcoughrelievingdrug,blood-activating and blood-stasis relieving drug,purgative drug,liver-soothing and wind-soothing drug,warming drug and astringent drug,among which the drugs for deficiency were used the most.
