The Postoperative Observation Of The Postopeative Clinical Application Of The Prosthesis Was Performed

Objective:to investigate the self-made multifunctional bracket;lower extremity of knee joint function of active knee arthroplasty,and evaluation of knee joint swelling index,and to explore the mechanism of self-made multifunctional scaffold limb and its effect on knee function.Methods:50 cases of patients with knee joint replacement were followed up by the use of the lower limb multifunctional support for rehabilitation exercises,which lasted for 1 weeks after operation and lasted for a period of 2 weeks.Results:the use of lower limb knee arthroplasty homemade multifunctional support rehabilitation exercises,limb swelling symptoms and signs and prevention of infection,all have different degrees of improvement,with Blanc's support,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05)in patients with knee joint activity improved significantly.Conclusion:application of self-made patients with knee joint and soft tissue swelling pain significantly reduced lower extremity multifunctional scaffold,knee early activity increased,the effective prevention of deep vein thrombosis,both the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with severe fracture after operation,effective prevention of foot.According to the requirement of postoperative rehabilitation and the changes of physiology and anatomy,the self-made multifunctional scaffold of lower limbs can be used to achieve satisfactory rehabilitation after knee arthroplasty.
