The Clinical Value Of Multi-slice Spiral CT In The Staging Of Primary Ovarian Cancer

Objective: In this paper,we retrospectively analyzed the imaging data of 50 patients diagnosed with primary ovarian cancer.The imaging findings of the primary tumor,the surrounding invasion and the distant metastasis were analyzed comprehensively and statistically,the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT plain and enhanced in the preoperative staging of ovarian cancer was evaluated for the purpose of exploring its clinical significance to primary ovarian cancer staging.Methods: From January 2015 to January 2017,50 patients with primary ovarian cancer who were treated in our hospital and underwent abdominal surgery with MSCT.We have two experienced radiologists to analyze video image and make imaging staging.The main observation contents were the location,shape and relationship with the surrounding tissues,the peritoneal metastasis,the lymph node metastasis and the distant metastasis of the primary tumor.The specific results were compared with the results of pathological.Accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of CT in the diagnosis of primary ovarian cancer,uterine fallopian tube invasion,other pelvic tissue invasion,peritoneal metastasis,lymph node metastasis,ascites and distant metastasis were calculated.The total area of ROC curve of CT staging and CT staging was calculated by spss19.0 software.The diagnostic value of CT staging and operation staging and CT staging were statistically analyzed.Results: During the 50 cases of primary ovarian cancer patients,there were 36 cases of ovarian serous carcinoma,4 cases of ovarian mucinous carcinoma,2 case of endometrial carcinoma,2 cases of clear cell carcinoma,3 cases of granulocytic carcinoma,1 case of ovarian goiter,1 case of ovarian cancer sarcoma,1 case of stromal cell tumor.With surgical and pathological stage,we found 9 cases in stage I,6 cases in stage II,27 cases in stage III,8 cases in IV.CT preoperative staging showed that 8 cases in stage I,7 cases in stage II,28 cases in stage III,6 cases in stage IV.The diagnosis of Multi-slice spiral CT in single-sided judgment,uterine fallopian tube violation,violations of other pelvic tissue,peritoneal metastasis,lymph node metastasis,ascites and of distant metastasis with an accuracy of 84% to 100%,a sensitivity of 50% to 100% and a specificity of 75% to 100%.The anastomosis of CT staging and operation staging was ? = 0.746,p <0.001,showing strong coincidence and statistically significant.The area under the ROC curve of CT was 0.925,p <0.001,indicating the high diagnostic value and statistically significance.Conclusion: Multi-slice spiral CT is an effective method for preoperative staging of ovarian cancer.It has important clinical application value for preoperative evaluation of ovarian cancer patients,and has certain supplemental effect on surgical staging,which can effectively prevent the operation staging and excessive staging.
