Objective: Studying the SD rat adipose stem cells with different Bladder cellfree matrix(Bladder acellular matrix graft,BAMG)in vitro biocompatibility,provi de favorable experimental basis to further implant animals for us.Methods: In the bilateral inguinal adipose tissue of SD rats,the primary fat cells were obtained aft er treatment,The results of CD29?CD34?CD44?CD45 against adipose derived st em cells were identified by staining and flow cytometry,and the effect of BAMG and New Zealand rabbits were detected.And prepared a new rabbit BAMG,scan ning electron microscopy(sem)detection materials out of cells.Using secondary pr ecipitation static vaccination will adipose stem cells in different BAMG surface,o bserved on the surface of the materials,cell growth,and cell growth curve drawin g.Results: The preparation of BAMG observed under scanning electron microscopy(sem)for fiber mesh structure,no residual cells.Cells are grown in vitro composi te 5 d after HE staining observation after visible mouse adipose stem cells in SD rat BAMG surface growth state a rat adipose stem cells in the rabbit BAMG sur face growth condition is good,and stretches the growth spindle cells number form,and draws the cell growth curve.Conclusion: Adipose stem cells were seeded in SD rat BAMG complexes on the surface growth than in rat adipose stem cells w ere seeded in rabbit BAMG composites better,it has better biological compatibility.Scaffolds for our further implant animals provides favorable experimental basis.
