Arthritis Clinical Control Study Of Small Needle Knife Joint Articular Cavity Injection Drug Treatment To Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:The purpose of this study was to contrast research through clinical observation,to explore the feasibility and efficacy of articular cavity drug injection joint small needle knife treatmentv to knee osteoarthritis,to provide an effective clinical scheme.Methods: During March 2015 to December 2016,through the xinjiang medical university affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine orthopaedic clinic diagnosising 90 cases of knee osteoarthritis,through the computer software to generate random number table method,to divided outpatient included in the standard into two groups randomly,Treatment group45 cases and the control group 45 cases.To observe the object whose symptom is heavier of two sides.Both groups take the foundation treatment(compound betamethasone + vitamin B12 + mixture with lidocaine injection 5 ml ampoule,injected with 2.5 ml into pain points around the knee joint,the remaining 2.5ml injected into articular cavity,indwelling needles,the injection of sodium hyaluronate injected into articular cavity),the experimental group in the foundation treatment at the same time be small needle knife for the treatment of knee pain points around the line release,1 times a week,3 times for a period of treatment.The clinical curative effect,VAS score were observed after treatment,the Lysholm scale.And at the end of the treatment of 4 weeks,8 weeks after treatment,follow-up,curative effect evaluation at the same time.Results: clinical curative effect of small needle knife group after treatment is97.78%,control group is 95.56%,two groups have no statistical significance(X~2 = 1.200,P > 1.200).Total effectiveness of Small needle knife for the fourth week after treatment group i+s 97.5%,control group total effective rate92.1%,two groups of data has obvious difference(X~2 = 8.044,P < 0.05),small needle knife for 8 weeks after treatment group total effectiveness 97.4%,control group 89.2%(X~2 = 8.682,P < 0.05).Two groups after treatment VAS score no statistical significance(t = 0.848,P > 0.848),the fourth week,8weeks after treatment scores was statistically difference(t = 3.029,P < 0.05,t= 0.05,P < 0.05).No obvious difference was found between two groups after treatment Lysholm scale(t = 0.836,P > 0.836),the fourth week,8 weeks after treatment scores was statistically difference(t = 2.598,P < 0.05,t = 0.05,P <0.05).conclusion:Small needle knife for clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis has definite curative effect,can reduce the pain of the knee joint,shorten the recovery time of patients and to speed up the recovery of knee joint function,effectcan last for a long time,the long-term curative effect is better.
