Objective:To summarize the effect and clinical experience of liver transplantation from donation after citizen'sdeath. Methods: We retrospectively collected and analysed the clinical data of liver transplantation from donations after citizen's death finished in surgical inpatient area of liver.laparoscope, the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from September 2013 to October 2016,except for the medical record of autologous liver transplantation and live donor liver transplantation.According to the following characteristics of donor liver transplantation group,respectively;age(>50 years and <50years)Body mass index(>25kg/m2and<25kg/m2);Preoperative ICU hospitalization days(>5days and <5days);Total bilirubin(>30umol/L and <30umol/L);WIT(>15min and<15min);CIT(>10h and <10h);Serum Na+(>155mmol/L and <155mmol/L);Liver transplant recipients according to age(> 50 years old or < 50 years old),body mass index(25 kg /m2> or < 25 kg /m2)group;observe the early functional recovery, later survival and complications of graft and liver transplant recipients and analyze the risk factors of early graft dysfunction(early allograft dysfunction,EAD).Results: The medical records of organ donors after the death of citizens were collected for about 16 cases.age> 50 years old(3 cases),age<50 years old(13 cases);BMI>25kg/m2(3 cases),BMI<25kg/m2(13cases);Preoperative hospitalization days in the ICU> 5 days(12 cases),Preoperative hospitalization days in the ICU<5 days(4 cases);Total bilirubin>30umol/L(3 cases),Total bilirubin<30umol/L(13cases);WIT>15min(8 cases),WIT<15min(8 cases);CIT>10h(1case),CIT<10h(14 cases),data missing(1 case);Serum Na + >155mmol/L(4 cases),Serum Na +<155mmol/L(6 cases),data missing(6 cases);Liver transplant recipients' data show as follow:age> 50 years old(3 cases),age<50 years old(10 cases),data missing(3 cases);Body mass index >25kg/m2(3 cases),Body mass index <25kg/m2(13 cases); The incidenceof EAD after liver transplantation was 37.5%(6/16),1 case dead for primary graft failure death;1 case of the recipients dead for Portal vein thrombosis; Our team followed up for about 2 years in liver transplant recipients,1 year survival rate was 75%,2 year survival rate was 70%;the rest were all improved after active individualized treatment. Conclusion:Now the donor livers from donation after citizen death as the main source of donor liver in our country, before liver transplantation, strictly accurate assessment of the donor liver quality can get a good curative effect in recipients.
