The Clinical Effect Of Organ Donation After The Death Of Chinese Citizens In The Treatment Of End-stage Liver Disease

Objective:To analyze the clinical data of patients with(China Donation after Citizen's Death CDCD)liver transplantation,and to explore the curative effect of my heart and liver transplantation on end-stage liver disease.Methods:1.From September2013 to December 2017.in the first hospital of Xinjiang medical university clinical data center line of liver transplantation in patients with liver transplantation were analyzed retrospectively,and the statistical postoperative complication rate,survival rate,mortality rate;2.The CDCD liver transplantation in the treatment of end-stage liver disease in Chinese literature review analysis,using ten thousand side,know network literature retrieval,for all Chinese publications of liver transplantation in the treatment of end-stage liver disease screening,to summarize the clinical effect.Results:There were 21 cases of end-stage liver disease,12 males and 9 females,aged 33 to 56 years old,with an average age of 47.3 years.1 case of primary graft loss,1 case of biliary tract complication and 2 cases of infection;The survival rate was 94.1%,92.8% and 75.0% in the 6 months,1 year and 3 years after surgery.A total of 28 articles were selected,including 1335 patients with liver transplantation.In1335 patients,the most common postoperative complications of primary hepatic allograft loss 1.8%(24/1327),6.7%(89/1327),biliary complications perioperative mortality was 7.6%(48/632),after 6 months,1 year,3 year survival rate: 95.9%,86.9%,73.0%.Conclusion:CDCD liver transplantation as a treatment for end-stage liver disease,the only effective method I heart transplantation in the incidence of postoperative complications and survival rate higher than the national level,mortality is higher than the national level,strictly grasp the quality of organ donation,improve the level of surgery,effective perioperative management,the ideal survival rate can be obtained.
