Objective : To study in different age stages of invasive breast cancer BMP-2 and AR expression and its clinicopathological significance.Methods : Collection 123 cases of invasive breast cancer between January 2009 and December 2014 surgical resection of the Xinjiang medical university affiliated tumor hospital,detecting AR,BMP-2 expression in primary focal of patients with invasive breast cancer by immunohistochemical method,and analyze its clinicopathologic correlation.Results:This research selected 123 cases of invasive breast cancer cases,BMP-2 positive for a total of 114 cases(92.7%),AR positive for a total of 98 cases(79.7%).In tumor size group,tumor is greater than 5cm AR positive rate of 100% of cases,2-5cm AR positive rate of 90.7% of cases,?2cm AR positive rate of 71.6%,three groups of expression statistically significant(=35.168,P<0.01).In different histological grade group,?level AR positive rate by 80%,?level AR positive rate by 88.9%,?level AR positive rate by 59.5%,three groups of expression difference was statistically significant(=14.494,P=0.025);?level BMP-2 positive rate 80%,?level BMP-2 positive rate 97.5%,? level BMP-2 positive rate 83.3%,express the difference was statistically significant(=13.853,P=0.031).AR positive rate of ER positive group were 87.4%,AR positive rate of ER negative group were 53.6%,expressed similar between the two groups have statistical significance(=16.868,P=0.001);PR positive group AR expression rate 87.5%,PR negative group AR expression rate 60%,two groups of expression difference was statistically significant(=12.822,P=0.005).BMP-2positive rate of AR positive group were 95.9%,BMP-2 positive rate of AR negative group were 80%,two groups of expression difference was statistically significant(=8.909,P=0.031).In molecular typing,the positive rates were Luminal A type(80.0%),Luminal B type(87.4%),Her-2 overexpression type(52.6%),Basal-like type expression(0),difference was statistically significant(=23.456,P=0.005).In this study,there were 85 cases of bone metastasis,38 cases without bone metastasis;In the axillary lymph node metastasis group,the positive rate of AR was 88.4%,and there was no axillary lymph nodemetastasis in group 68.5%,AR expression differences between the two groups was statistically significant(=8.615,P=8.615);Nerve vascular invasion group AR positive expression rate of 96.3%,no nerve vascular invasion group AR positive expression rate75.0%,AR expression differences between the two groups was statistically significant(=34.143,P<0.01);In age clinical stage,bone metastases,its HER-2 positive and negative groups,Ki-67 positive and negative groups,differences of AR expression had no statistical significance(P>0.05);In the age,clinical stage,tumor size,nerve vascular invasion,lymph node metastasis,bone metastasis,and ER,PR,HER-2,Ki-67 groups,such as BMP-2 expression differences have no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion: In different histological grade group,?level grouping the positive rate of BMP-2 and the positive rate of AR were higher than that of ?level and ?level grouping.In tumor size group,AR positive rate increased with the increase of tumor diameter.In molecular classification,AR positive rate from high to low respectively Luminal B,Luminal A,Her-2 overexpression type,Basal-like;BMP-2 expression rate from high to low respectively Basal-like,Luminal B,Luminal A,Her-2 overexpression type.In lymph node metastasis group,AR positive rate in group with axillary lymph node metastasis than without axillary lymph node metastasis group;In nerve vascular invasion in the group,AR positive expression rate in nerve vascular invasion,group is higher than no nerve vascular invasion.AR positive group of BMP-2 were higher than that of AR negative group of BMP-2 positive rate;high expression of AR in the organization of BMP-2 also shows high expression of AR lower expression of BMP-2 is low also expressed in the organization.AR and ER,PR expression in breast cancer organizations have a certain correlation,and play an important role in the process of invasion and metastasis of breast cancer.BMP-2cannot be independent for bone metastases in patients with invasive breast cancer risk early warning.
