| Population aging is the general trend of the world population development.It is a sign of scientific progress and economic development.With the aging trend increasing,digital elderly health services platform techniques become an advanced research hotspot in the world.The smart health concept can solve the problem that a large number of elderly patients with chronic diseases are not willing to go to hospital for treatment.The specific characteristics of the elderly chronic disease groups makes it difficult to provide health services.This kind of user group is rarely able to request services initiatively,in this case,it is needed to provide them with health information services actively,thus the health services initiative is particularly important.At the same time in active service process,patient can only input limited information because of lacking professional knowledge of the disease.This will result in the problem that rule firing rate and the service quality are not very high.Aiming at these problems,this article studies the smart health service model,active rules and semantics,main works are following:(1)Developing a smart health service model.This article proposed a kind of smart health service model based on the existing intelligence services and the health development trend.It solves the problem of health care for elderly patients with chronic diseases,and inform them with present physical conditions of chronic disease,warning information health knowledge and etc.proactively.(2)This article proposed an optimized active rule.Due to the Specific characteristics of the elderly chronic disease patients,the initiative of service is essential.In the case of actual application,there is a burst abnormal physiological index problem.It will result in the failure to provide accurate health information services.We studied a variety of active rules,and combined with the actual application environment,then we proposed an optimized active rule:Event-Condition-Active-Sequence(ECA-S)rule,which can solve the problem of burst abnormal physiological index.ECA-S rule can provide accurate health information with grading warning mechanism after solving above problem.(3)This article proposed a half active rule application method and established an ontology.In order to improve the utilization rate of rules and quality of health information service,we proposed a half active rule application method and established the diabetes ontology library.It can improve the utilization rate of rules and solve the problem that patients are lack of professional knowledge. |
