A Study On The Problems Of Chinese Pharmacists In The Background Of Legalization Of Pharmacists

In order to make the people's drug safety is better protected,China began to accelerate the pharmacist legislation,but the current research content,pharmacist legislation is mainly based on Western countries more mature Western pharmacist management system,and can not fully take into account the Chinese pharmacists Characteristics,therefore,this study focuses on combing the special problems of Chinese pharmacists in the current management system,and make recommendations for the problem.In this study,we use literature research,comparative study and expert interview to understand the current research trends and the plight of Chinese pharmacists.We can understand the relevant regulations of pharmacy technicians who manage the use of herbal drugs abroad and find out China's different aspects,according to China's national conditions,through expert interviews,to discuss the relevant legislative issues of Chinese pharmacists and find out the legal program which is suitable for the characteristics of Chinese pharmacists.The study argues that although many of the work involving Chinese herbal medicine requires specialized Chinese medicine and technical personnel,it is not every pharmacy technician who should be called a Chinese pharmacist.According to the development trend of the entire pharmacist industry and the international positioning of pharmacy technicians who manage the use of herbal drugs,Chinese pharmacists should be located in the sales management of traditional Chinese medicine and rational drug guidance.Promotion of Chinese pharmacists should use the more mature title pharmacist system.Chinese pharmacists should vigorously develop shicheng education,and mainly for the pharmacy technical staff in medical institutions who is responsible for the identification of Chinese herbal medicines,Chinese medicine clinical medication guidance and temporary processing.Clinical pharmacists should strengthen the knowledge of combination use of Chinese and Western medicine in continue education,to avoid the adverse reactions between drugs.All regions should legislate to strengthen the training of rural Chinese medicine health technical personnel,so that more rural health technical personnel have the ability to self-planting and self-use of Chinese herbal medicine,to more homely spread of Chinese medicine culture.
